McDonald's — Restaurant in Dubai

I am quite disappointed by the service protraod by your staff in your branch .

I did visit the location made a few transaction in he branch , i was told to pay more than the normal billings , because it has a different costing compared to the other branches . I went ahead and i made the transactions .

I came back again and i decided to go to the machine of self help to redeem offers and i used my points of 2800 but I could not redeem anything . I was told to pay cash as the system doesn’t accept points .

I was like its fine , i paid cash and i left and i was told share my email , name and my mobile number hence my points will be returned . This was on 5th of March 2021 no...

Went to redeem 3 entry tickets of riverland but the sales counter operator Ms. Senani cheated on me saying I just gave only 2 tickets. Actually I saw her hiding one ticket in her pocket. I was telling her I gave only 3 tickets and it's not possible. I was not ready to pick a fight with her as the fireworks was about to start by 9 and I was in the queue at 8.40. This is absurd behaviour from McDonald's staff. Cheating a customer in this way is not at all acceptable. It's not about money but reputation. The worst McDonald's we have visited. A Filipina staff ruined our day. We went to Motiongate to celebrate my eldest son's birthday and before we went home we passed by to the food chain to get some food because we're very exhausted but happy, especially my son. But that Filipina staff who doesn't know how to deal with a customer especially kids wanted to ruin my son's day.
