I am quite disappointed by the service protraod by your staff in your branch .
I did visit the location made a few transaction in he branch , i was told to pay more than the normal billings , because it has a different costing compared to the other branches . I went ahead and i made the transactions .
I came back again and i decided to go to the machine of self help to redeem offers and i used my points of 2800 but I could not redeem anything . I was told to pay cash as the system doesn’t accept points .
