Been customer of this branch for many years, but this time very bad customer service evening date 29 Jan - from very beginning i ordered water with other items and told several times about water that should be not cold (repeated 2-3 times), then they tried to give me ice cream instead which i not ordered, then they said they not even punched the order and after terrible negotiation with supervisor they thru me a water with no sorry and total disrespect to customer. They totally ruined the whole many years of experience with this branch. By the way the apply pie was in black spots (may be it was burn spots- have no idea) but the mood was spoiled and all went to bin. Supervisor was untrained to make things easy and simple- i know that is not mc style to treat customers this way (may be it was a new staff) - because its the first time ever i see this attitude specially from supervisors. Sadly the chips where as though they died. The fish was hard like a rock star and the gewey cream sogging away into the water with the smell of out of date milk felt like I was in a warzone. There is no food in such a place it's horrible smelling of dirty cloths never washed and looking to digest a dead zone of out of date food is like the judgement day is about to strike and our ears popping out and eyes coming out as though the heat of exhausted and pathetic behaviour of the workers walking like zombies without a smile feels like it's end of days. I prefer to make a samosa or a pakora at home even if it takes me another seven years to make one. A deprived place only for money and there is no real food in this little smelly over whelming lyrics dirty toilets that air comes into the toilet making it freezing cold feels like you have come back from the dead.
