My recent visit to Mumbai Masti restaurant in Dubai's Karama area left me with mixed feelings. While there were certainly highlights to savor, several aspects detracted from what could have been a stellar dining experience.

Let's start with the positives. The food, particularly the pizza and sandwiches, was undeniably delicious. As a fast-food vegetarian restaurant specializing in Mumbai street food, Mumbai Masti delivered on its promise of flavorful, satisfying fare. The pizzas were freshly prepared with quality ingredients, and the sandwiches were equally delightful.

However, the true star of the show was the falooda. Creamy, indulgent, and bursting with flavor, it surpassed my expectations and left me craving more. I highly recommend indulging in this delightful dessert offering during your visit.

On the flip side, not all dishes met the same standard. The vada pav, in particular, was a disappointment. Lacking in flavor and authenticity, it failed to capture the essence of this beloved Mumbai street food staple. I would advise giving it a pass and opting for other menu items instead.

One of the most significant drawbacks of Mumbai Masti is the lack of parking facilities. Spending a staggering 45 minutes searching for parking significantly detracted from the overall dining experience. This issue needs urgent attention as it mars an otherwise enjoyable visit.

In summary, Mumbai Masti offers a decent dining experience with standout dishes like the pizza, sandwiches, and falooda. However, improvements in parking availability and consistency across the menu are needed to elevate it to a higher standard. If you're willing to overlook the parking hassle and focus on the food, Mumbai Masti may just satisfy your cravings for Mumbai street...

Aug 2025 I visit this place each time I'm in Dubai and never disppointed of service, kindness and deliciousness. A must visit clean and welcoming place. This place may seem simple at first glance, but the warm and welcoming people here make it a standout. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with friendly smiles and a sense of genuine hospitality that makes you feel right at home. The staff is incredibly accommodating and willing to go above and beyond to handle any request, no matter how specific or unique.

If you're vegetarian, this is definitely a spot you need to try. They offer a variety of delicious options, and the team makes sure you have plenty of choices that suit your preferences. You’ll leave completely satisfied, knowing that your meal was made with care and attention.

And don’t forget to try their fresh juices, they’re an absolute treat! You can tell everything is made from the freshest ingredients, adding an extra layer of quality to your experience. I recently placed an order for a mango bowl, and I was extremely disappointed with the condition in which it was delivered. When I raised a complaint, the restaurant staff not only refused to acknowledge the issue but insisted that the item was in “good condition,” which was clearly not the case.

What’s even more concerning is that after this incident, the restaurant has refused to deliver any future orders to my location, simply because I returned a poor-quality item. This behavior is unacceptable and unfair to a paying customer.

As customers, we expect to receive food that meets basic standards of hygiene and quality. It is not just about the food itself, but also the service and respect shown to customers who rightfully raise concerns. Ignoring valid complaints and acting out of ego is not how customer service should work.
