Absolutely loved our 2nd stay at this wonderful, friendly and comfortable hotel which is perfectly located in the historical Indian district of Dubai. The staff are excellent, welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. They go above and beyond to make your stay a wonderful experience. The guests are from all over the world and it's fascinating to watch and listen as we all go about our business in the hustle and bustle. There are business people, tourists, conventioneers, a whole range of people of every age happy to stay and revisit this great hotel. The facilities are too many to list, but everything you would expect and all onsight and very convenient. You have all the local transport facilities outside and the concierge is happy to arrange whatever you need from a taxi to a limo if you ask. The area outside is packed with shops, markets and traditions souks of every kind so you are spoiled for choice when you want to wander. The Dubai Museum is a great landmark, though is seems to be permanently closed at the moment, but it's there when you need to tell the taxi drivers where want to return to if you are not familiar with this area of Dubai. Very useful. You really are spoiled for choice in what to do in the immediate vicinity of this wonderful old fashioned hotel, there is a great blend of history and modern right outside and the rooms are comfortable, large and the views from the upper floors are outstanding. I'll let our photos show you just some of the amazing facilities in Arabian Courtyard Hotel as they really have so much to offer and we highly recommend this to all types of travellers who are looking for old fashioned service at a very affordable price.

Arabian Style Hotel, with heritage look, hotel with beautiful location, good amenities, well trained staff and reception, restaurant and well designed rooms. Hotel is located opposite to Dubai Museum, at a great place in Bur Dubai area, walking distance from Al Fahidi Metro station and you can go around the city, nearby Old markets, creek or nearby tourist destinations easily. Hotel has a tour and travel desk which offers attractive tour packages to facilitate your local site seeings, however I feel prices are on little higher side. If you are interested to buy some clothes, electronic, enjoy local cuisine or buy some souvenir , you can easily get it from the nearby Bur Dubai Market. The place is famous for Indian/ Pakistani suits Indian jewelry and Arabic stuff. There is also a nice coffee shop in the hotel, where you can enjoy a variety of beverages and snacks. Their breakfast is amazing and caters to the requirements of their global customers, however the area is little crampy as it has a limited seating capacity and we had to wait for our turn to have breakfast. Their rooms are amazing looking with heritage stuff. Have a glance at the added photographs, you will be able to appreciate the hotel well. They also have a small swimming pool so you can relax poolside. Their darban is a smart looking and courteous Sikh, dressed in traditional Arabian attire. Hotel just shines during night time. I would like to enjoy their hospitality during my next visit to Dubai. I will be soon adding some more photographs of my stay with them.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Arabian Courtyard and Spa in Dubai, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. The F&B Manager, Shodhan, truly stood out with his exceptional courtesy, jovial demeanor, and unwavering helpfulness. His ability to connect with customers was remarkable, making our dining experiences at the Pharoah Cafe and Mumtaj Mahal Restaurant delightful. The food was not only good but also consistently tasty, making each meal a memorable culinary journey. Employees just like Shodhan, were incredibly attentive and friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were spotlessly clean and provided a comfortable sanctuary after a day of exploring Dubai. What truly sets Arabian Courtyard and Spa apart is their exceptional service. The entire team goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a fantastic stay. It's clear that they take pride in their work, and it reflects in the quality of service they provide. In summary, Arabian Courtyard and Spa is a top-notch choice for anyone visiting Dubai. With delectable food, a friendly and professional staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and unparalleled service, it's a gem in the heart of the city. I highly recommend it for a memorable stay in Dubai. Sharing a pic with Nisar, Shodhan and Ahmeed from the hotel as a rememberance.

My 4th time staying at this hotel and should not be the last!

Staff service is a 5/5!! From my arrival till departure the staff were exceptional: they were helpful, informative, kind and like family! They wholeheartedly acted on our queries and worries and catered to our every need. Major major thanks and appreciation for Sir Ismail, Sir Hayat, Sir Nathan, Hawaa Ma’am, Sir Ashenafi, Poonam Ma’am and her breakfast team including Robin Sir. There are many many more names to mention! They all made us feel super comfortable!

The room was cleaned amazingly every day, thanks to Ashenafi Sir! Provided us with water bottles, toiletries, slippers etc so really pleased.

Check in and check out was easy, no stress or hassle. Just remember you need to pay your Tourism Tax Fee on arrival at the hotel which is 15 Dirhams per nights. This is paid to any hotel you stay at.

Location is Old Dubai- great links for the sights via the Metro which is a 15 min walk. (Al Fahidi/Al Sharaf DG) The Metro is really easy to grasp your head around and is much cheaper than taxis so a good shout! Direct links to the Malls/Burj Khalifa/Beaches/Airport etc. Near shops, supermarkets, Souks and restaurants. Highly recommend trying Bawarachi- Hyderabadi restaurant near Al Raffa Police Station!!

Very close to the Dubai Creek where you can catch a ride across the Creek for 1 Dirham and go to the Gold Souk. The hotel is 20 mins from the airport- Arabian Courtyard do offer a ride for 100 Dirhams. This was expensive for me but when you don’t want to miss your flight you have to pay haha.

Wear comfortable trainers as a lot of walking in this area! I learnt the hard way hahaha

Only things that could be improved are the breakfast choices which we had made clear to the staff and they did accommodate us graciously which we are extremely thankful for.

In light of COVID- wearing masks all the time and everywhere you go except for your room and when you eat. This is a general rule in the country. I did not feel scared or uncomfortable; hotel was very clean and generally the city is kept immaculate, the sights are immaculate and there’s no need to worry. Take your precautions as you would do normally. Social distancing is a given, sanitiser and masks etc. Smaller taxis (5 seaters) restrict customers to 2 and larger taxis accommodate for more passengers- this is a government rule and all passengers must wear face masks.

Dubai Museum is closed which is across the road from the hotel and some Mosques are closed but otherwise everything is open for business...

We have been loyal guests at Arabian Courtyard Hotel & Spa since 2017, often staying twice a year. Unfortunately, our most recent visit has been very disappointing and it seems that the overall standard of this hotel has declined significantly over the recent years.||We booked a deluxe room, paying more, which turned out to be a standard room size with just an extra single bed in it which we did not need. . |Housekeeping services were inconsistent and unsatisfactory. On the first day, only the most basic cleaning was done —only the bedding and towels were replaced. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, cups left dirty and teabags, sugar, and even water bottles were not replenished .||The service culture has also deteriorated. Staff, who were once welcoming, now appear rude and uncoordinated. For example, we tried to arrange a massage with Urban Company (a well-known professional service provider in the UAE). One staff member said it was fine while another restricted it to 60 minutes and the manager outrightly refused. This lack of consistency and professionalism was truly off putting.||When we raised an issue about the malfunctioning “Do Not Disturb” and “Clean the Room” buttons, the response we received from the lady at reception was dismissive .||Another surprising and unprofessional detail was the antique feedback box at the hotel. It was completely full of customer notes, obviously unread and amusingly, the box is up for sale with a price tag on it!! I presume whoever buys it would also get unrestricted access to all the guest feedback — a clear breach of privacy.||Amidst all the disappointment, one staff member stood out — Mr. Ahmad. He has been at the hotel for many years and treated us with courtesy and sympathy. His professionalism was the only highlight of our stay.|Sadly during this stay we felt uneasy returning to the hotel after being out. In the past, we have always recommended Arabian Courtyard to friends and family, many of whom also stayed here. Unfortunately, we will no longer do so.||We are not difficult guests — we spend our money to relax and enjoy our time. This experience left us with quite the opposite feeling. We doubt if we will ever stay at this...

We have been loyal guests at Arabian Courtyard Hotel & Spa since 2017, often staying twice a year. Unfortunately, our most recent visit has been very disappointing and it seems that the overall standard of this hotel has declined significantly over the recent years.

We booked a deluxe room this time and paid more for that but it turned out to be a standard room size with an extra bed which we did not need. Housekeeping services were inconsistent and unsatisfactory. On the first day very basic cleaning was done - just bedding and towels were changed. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, used cups left dirty , and teabags, sugar, and even water bottles were not replenished .

The service culture has also deteriorated. Staff, who were once welcoming, now appear rude and uncoordinated. For example, we tried to arrange a massage with Urban Company (a well-known professional service provider in the UAE). One staff member said it was fine while another restricted it to 60 minutes and the manager outrightly refused. This lack of consistency and professionalism was off putting.

When we raised an issue about the malfunctioning “Do Not Disturb” and “Clean the Room” buttons, the response we received from the lady at reception was dismissive.

Another surprising and unprofessional detail was the antique feedback box at the hotel. It was completely full of customer notes obviously unread and amusingly, the box had a “For sale” tag attached to it!! I presume whoever buys it will also get access to all guest feedback — a clear breach of privacy.

Amidst all the disappointment, one staff member stood out — Mr. Ahmad. He has been at the hotel for many years and treated us with courtesy and sympathy. His professionalism was the only highlight of our stay.

Sadly, during this trip we felt uneasy returning to the hotel after being out. In the past, we have always recommended Arabian Courtyard to friends and family, many of whom also stayed here. Unfortunately, we will no longer do so.

We are not difficult guests — we spend our money to relax and enjoy our time. This experience left us with quite the opposite feeling and we do not see ourselves using this...
