A very, very small kebab and the reality does not match the menu's photo at all. I went there on my first evening in Dubai and was really disappointed. I did not complain as I thought that it might be a standard for Dubai. I thought in that time that I would need to spend a fortune to have a good, proper sized kebab here. Probably if I hadn't tried other places I would have never left any review but I did try and simply cannot let it go now. I truly believe I was served kebab of extremely low quality to price ratio. I do so as the next day I went for a kebab in Dubai Marina - it was decent in flavour, contained ingredients described/presented in the menu, TWICE the size (I mean it!) and 5 AED cheaper. The day after that I had one in the ADCB metro area for 14 AED, it seemed similar/slightly bigger than served at AL Madina but the taste was waaay better. So there are places around where you can get satisfied for less than 30 AED. Now as I have spent some time writing this review please, take this criticism as the reason to improve. Serving kebabs like this is going to damage your good reputation. Based on your reviews and the amount of guests that evening I assume you are doing a great job serving authentic cuisine of your region. Very poor service. My order was delayed without any explanation, and no one bothered to inform me or answer my calls. It felt like they just didn’t care. If you value your time and expect basic professionalism, look elsewhere. This place clearly doesn’t take customer satisfaction seriously. Terrible experience. I placed an order and waited far longer than expected, but it never arrived on time. Tried calling several times—no one picked up. It’s really frustrating when there’s zero communication and no responsibility taken. If you can’t manage timely delivery or even answer a phone call, you shouldn’t be taking orders. Definitely not ordering from here again.

Extremely disappointed with the service. I placed an order well in advance, but it was delayed for an unreasonable amount of time. Despite multiple attempts to contact the cafeteria, no one answered the phone. There was no communication or update about the delay, and the order was never delivered on time.
