Worst worst experience.... Due to them we could not eat our dinner.... So we placed our order and got notification at 11:50 pm that we will receive our order by 12:50am. Still called the restaurant and asked if they can deliver earlier if possible. They were too sweet on phone and promised to deliver within 45 mins rather than 1 hour. And said that due to Zomato dashboard problem it's showing long delivery time like one hour. I forgot to mention that I order through Zomato. Then at 1am by not received my order I redialed Mumbai se to no response. Then I contacted Zomato over chat and still they were convincing me to wait another 15 min for the delivery... I told them it seems the restaurant is closed already and I still not received my order after 1:20 hr.... After long chat at 1:30 around, I had no choice for but cancel my order. And that no other choice for my diner left other than again ordering and waiting from other restaurant from Zomato to such situation again, no hope left.. and we slept deprived of dinner. Thanks a lot for such a great...

Pathetic service. Liars. Thief. Will take money but will not give the food which is promised and when you address the issue, they say contact Noon and take refund we’ll not do anything in the matter. These are the words used by 2 of the employees working over there names are “RAVI” and “Shahruk”. we have whole recording of the conversation which we have had with them stating that they have no fear of reviews. We were not even asking for the refund, just asking for the things which were missed in the order, but they were saying we cannot deliver adjust in next order. They have no value of the customer what so ever. In first they fake promised regarding the missed item that they’ll gonna send it and after an hour when we contacted they were saying they cannot deliver the item. They haven’t updated us or anything and did whatever they wished. Worst people , Pathetic staff, Worst...

Totally unprofessional staff, especially Ravi and Shahrukh, they literally rash talk with the customer on the phone. Incomplete order delivered. I would not recommend anyone to order or dine in in this pathetic restraunt. Further, i will also file a complaint against them. I will visit their facility today in person and will also let every customer in the restraunt listen to the call recording. They don't care about the review, as mentioned by Ravi and Shahrukh. Simply stealing people's money and in return do rash talks and mistreating with the client. Guys who so ever is reading this never go the restraunt as they have unprofessional staff. Further, I will ask all my colleagues,friends, and family in Dubai to post review whare my experience therlse people are simply rude liars and utmost unprofessional . RAVI (NEPALI)...
