I thought this place was good and hygienic however what happened today changed my perspective. I went into the store today asking for a piece of laddoo to eat. The store looked dirty and dusty. There was a temperature checking device on the main counter but none of the staff bothered to check my Temperature. I asked for a piece of laddoo and the server, without making making use of proper Equipment picked up the laddoo in his hands, he then realised that he did not have a plate at the counter, so he took a round of the entire restaurant, went inside his kitchen and then grabbed a plate in his hand, all while holding the piece of laddoo in his hand and then got it to me and threw it Infront of me in a plate for me to eat.
When I questioned the restaurant staff about this unhygienic behaviour, they in turn started ganging up on me and asked me to leave.
We're all amidst very uncertain times and we ought to take measures to keep ourselves safe while making sure about the safety of others around us. I highly suggest that you all should avoid going to Urban Tadka - Bur Dubai not only because of their rude behaviour and unhygienic restaurant environment, but also because it is one of the most dirty and health wise unsatisfactory places I've been to during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
I would have given it 0 stars but apparently 1 star is the lowest Google lets you give.. so...

One will easily spot many hungry bellies standing on a footpath and munching on the "Chatpataa" snacks items and satisfying their cravings i Karama. They have a big window to sell these items such as samosa chaat, sev puri, pani puri, pakodas etc.
We visited the adjoining dine-in restaurant of theirs. Surprisingly the restaurant was quiet inside, unlike the outdoor crowded affair. Order was Indian Thali and Chienese Combo. Indian Thali had 2 vegetables, daal, 2 Rotis, raita, rice and gulabjamun. Taste was amazing. Quantity was more than sufficient for a hungry tummy like me. Chinese combo consisted of fried rice and noodles, Veg. Lollipop, manchurain etc. Taste was slightly higher than average. I would recommend Indian food though.
Most exciting part was in the climax - that was Matka Kulfi. This is an India version of Ice cream (unfortunately there is no comparison) served in a small claypot. It just makes your eyes shut when u cuddle it's bite on your tongue. We were so impressed that we ordered one more for take away.
