I know that thereâs extra points in your Share app when using their reusable bags. So I opened my app and show to her directly the bar code for extra points in reusable bag. She told me âshare app?â And I said yes. So she scanned it and then I opened my share ID. When she scanned it. Only then, SheenA told me, that she cannot cancel it anymore. So I was confused about she was telling me. Only then I understood that what she was trying to say was I should open my Share ID and let her scan it before the code for reusable bag. That I was not aware of, because Iâm doing the same thing everytime or vise versa to other Carrefour stores.so I told her, that I was not aware of that and how I wish she told me earlier. I was not even trying to converse with her anymore because there are still customers in the queue and I was in a hurry.But then she started to talk in high tone and argue with me and telling me thatâ didnât I asked you for your share ID?â In a high voice and rude tone.The way Sheena spoke to me was very rude. First, she couldâve inform me properly and clearly on what to do . Second, she was in a argue mode and try to defend herself to me where in fact there shouldnât be any arguments at all only if she talked to me in nice way. Thirdly, I packed the items I purchased in my reusable bag, but took another plastic bag for the egg. I packed it myself then she started to talk again with HIGH voice and told me ânext time it is not allowed to use plastic bag when you have reusable bag!â Is this the way the proper way to treat customers? All things happened because she did not inform me properly and she started an argument with me. The way she talked to me was very rude and unprofessional. But good thing there was the Manager Mr. Madhu who wrote my complain and told me that there will be a necessary action. I have purchased Hisense tv 43 inch on cash payment after 6 month there were some line came on the screen then I make video of that line which is coming on tv and went to carefour to show them this video they saw the video and I ask them can I bring tv here they told me don't bring in the store just call to our call center they will advise what to do. Anyhow i have called to there service center they told me to bring tv in store we can't send technician at home because you buy from the store well I bring tv with very difficulty to carefour then they checked and gave me one paper proof that we received tv from you in this condition "line coming one side and some scratches are on the screen'' and told me to wait until one month to repair it well I don't have any other options so I had to wait. After sone time that called me and told your tv screen damage due to cockroach inside so the warranty void well I went to receive my tv back then I ask to counter person to open and check my tv I want it back in same condition because if you can't do anything then have right to check and receive my tv in same condition well the were not agree to check they are forcing me to bring this without checking.
