Been back several times since below. Received cold food another twice. In particular our kids hot dog bites received were stone cold in the middle, whilst pastry was hot. Spoke with manager again and his view food was safe to eat as already cooked and they only reheat.

Clearly does not understand food regulations and how people can get food poisoning.

——————— Chicken shawarma are very when it arrives freshly cooked and hot. However visited 17-Feb, took 22mins to get single wrap, which they called was ready after 10mins.

Stood there waiting for next 12min, without server making any apology for wait, to them be handed a cold wrap.

Advised server it was cold and she told me it was fresh, so had to ask her to feel it for her to then agree it was stone cold.

Then received another one, which was barely luke warm. They may have been busy but unacceptable service...

I visited Operation Falafel at Dubai Hills Mall after Friday prayers and decided to try their Double Up offer. We ordered one deal with a falafel sandwich and the other with chicken.
