Here is what I experienced: We were happy that we can spend our Yalda night in an Iranian restaurant and we expected some special events in the restaurant for such an occasion. We reached there at 23:02 and we saw a paper on the door mentioning that the restaurant is operating until 23:30, but surprisingly they didn't let us in, and they said it is closed. At AED 158 that worked out to AED 40/ per skewer and thats OK if the food was exceptional but it was average at best. I've had better kebabs at Al Mallah for a quarter of the price.
