Peet's Coffee — Restaurant in Dubai

I been coming to this Pett's Coffee in Dubai hills for awhile with my Family , but today regrettable I am going to be very critical of this place and was down to the supervisor. I was sitting in one table with one chair waiting for my wife and child to arrive , and was there for maybe 15 minutes when the waiter approach me and handed me the menu, I respond to him I know the menu, i am waiting for people, he went away , in a short period of time he come and ask me if I was going to have anything! And I told him when i am ready i will com e to the till as everyone does, at this time i was started to feel uneasy about it, I i felt i was target for a reason! Then I looked and i see this was all orchestrated by the supervisor, next he come and told me blatantly I had to order something! ! I been here in Dubai ,never never anyone even attempted to create such a scene like it, and I got upset, being evolved myself in Catering I knew this individually targeted me for no reason than show that he is the supervisor, I mean there is no signs or information that as soon as you sit on a table you need to order something! Extremely unprofessional, and in my view very unfortunately for the Branded Company employing someone so with so lack of customer services pedigree! If i was the boss of this company and seen the theater , drama this single unqualified supervisor created I would have sack him on the spot!! And just next table to mine was a table of four chairs with nobody sat on it but a child sun glasses and a shirt on one of the chairs for a long time, when the ladies arrived from shopping , he never went and tell them off because they left those items to keep the table for themselves and went shopping! So I will try and find the HC of Pett's coffe and surely I will put a complaint about this gentleman as I felt humiliated and to be honest, my Family come and we din't stayed , they lost customers for no reason ! Today I will say Pett's coffe lost three customers, but i hope after sharing my review more people have felt the same as I did today, the good thing is there are much friendly and greater places for you spend your money in the Mall in walking...

The entire team at Peet's Coffee works seamlessly together, fostering a sense of community that keeps customers coming back. Whether you're grabbing a quick coffee to go or settling in for a leisurely afternoon, you can always count on fantastic service and delicious brews. I can't recommend Peet's Coffee enough—it's a must-visit for any coffee lover! LOVE IT...

Let me start with the basics... the coffee, it's absolutely delightful, the fact that you can choose the roast type for your drink of choice is a great plus and their dark roast is amazing.

However, what drove me to type this review is the outstanding service of the barista "Win", from the moment she took the order until it was served she was genuinely welcoming, greeted us with a smile and her energy was very positive. I couldn't help but observe her interactions with other customers and the same brilliant attitude was the constant with every customer that placed an order. Even her interactions with her colleages boosted energy among the team.

Win's service standards are exemplary & makes us returning customers, she's an example to follow.
