A bad experience. I had my own tea and asked for hot water. They added 44 AED to the bill just for hot water. When I asked, they said it’s the management’s decision. How can hot water be 44 AED? The prices are exaggerated — even water is 12 AED. A very bad experience, and the prices need to be reviewed.

Although your comment has nothing to do with my review but I am happy to justify your points. True, I sometimes spent 6-7 hours at the restaurant for minimum 5 days a week and for around 2 years, and it is very disappointing how you treat a regular & loyal guest in such irrespecutful way. Yes I stayed for long hours and paid for your over priced coffee without questioning you why it is double priced versus other venues, also You didn’t count the no. of friends / business partners that I bring with me to your restaurant, whom some of them turned to be regular guests, by your mentality I would have to charge you for commission and marketing fees. I would agree with you that I am using “a space” if the restaurant is crowded, but unfortunately at these hours of the day the restaurant is DESERT EMPTY and there is enough space to accommodate other guests if any! I have never heard of a policy that forces customers to eat or drink what a restaurant desire. I hope you can share such policy with me, I am sure that the consumer rights will have another opinion. For your info (although I shouldn’t justify) the bags I use in the hot water are minerals & herbal medication that I use for my colic stomach and diabetes and I am sure you don’t have such in your menu. So I only order hot water and cold...

Came here as my brother was visiting and wanted a quick meal. I was having some vegetarian dishes and ordered this manakeesh of what they call Lebanese flat bread, the filling of it was just awful. So dry and some pieces were cold and couldn’t eat much. The mushroom and broccoli soup were pretty much same way of cooking, lots of cream and with bit of mushroom and broccoli on it. Broccoli soup was just too salty! Fish and chips were felt like fish fingers and chips.

We were sat outside due to inside were shisha and I had a little one with me. Just a few tables outside the restaurant itself. Just felt weird as non-smoking area was just a few tables outside and inside was all filled with tables where you allowed to smoke. Hence not an atmosphere that I would go for.

About the price, didn’t expect a few vegetarian dishes and fish and chips with two juices would cost around 350dirham where I don’t even feel satisfied for!

Probably wouldn’t come back...

I have been your loyal customer for many years now. I have been there everyday. I always come back because of your exemplary, quality shisha and most of your staff’s customer service. Tonight, I am gravely disappointed with an event that could have been avoided by your supposed manager on duty. It was not busy around 8 PM on a Friday. I was on my phone and clearly, he saw me. He increased the volume at max without having any regard that someone is on fone. I had to signal him and pointed that I am on call. As a manager, he must be observant, sensitive to his surroundings and more so, the clients. I do not expect a royal treatment as you can confirm with your staff there. I sit, have my shisha and food and stay for few hours everyday. However, what happened tonight was a slight disrespect that could make me not want to come back anymore. This level of insensitivity.
