The latest attraction at Sheikh Zayed Rd. ,close to DIFC metro station, is BAIT AL ZAIN MANDI. RESTAURANT.

With the Arabic Style hospitality at the entrance of this place by serving Kahwa with dates to private cabins for dine in, this place will make u feel like a King of the Arabian Nights.

Yes, you read it right. I was thrilled sipping the kahwa with dates upon entering and then I was taken upstairs to choose a regular table chair seating area or the private Majlis style family cabins.

These cabins offer a beautiful view of the Sheikh Zayed Rd. The intricate designs on the cabin walls fascinated me a lot. Even the dates jar, the kahwa kettle, the big serving dishes with dome shaped covers showed luxury and elegance in their presentation.

Talking about the food, we were served: 👉 LAMB BROTH SOUP AND TABOULEH as starters. This Lamb broth soup was divine. It had perfect flavors , served hot with lemon. While, the Tabouleh was cold mezze made of parsley, couscous and the taste of pomegranate in it was wow.

👉COCKTAIL JUICE was served in tall glasses. It was so refreshing and so right for me in this summer season.

👉MANDI PLATTER was a scrumptious and generously served in a big size dish with a dome shaped cover. This platter had two kinds of rice-Mandi Rice and Maghdood Rice. Soft and Tender mutton on one side, Mandi Chicken (half) and Grilled Chicken was served in the bed of rice, alongwith thinly fried onions and aromatic dry fruits fried to perfection. Spicy mint sauce and Tomato sauce was served as sides. What an Elegant way of serving! Felt like the King's Feast.

👉GRILLED SEABASS FISH was served with two kinds of marination- Arabic Tradition and Rosemary with Green Chilli. Both were absolutely amazing. It was served with French Fries. The best part was that the fish had no smell JUST PERFECT TASTE.

👉KUNAFA, LUQAIMAT & SULAIMANI TEA FLAVOURED WITH AROMATIC SPICES Sweet endings with treats of kunafa and luqaimat make a meal memorable. The aromatic sulaimani tea complemented the desserts.

I was literally overwhelmed by such a wonderful hospitality by the Bait al Zain Mandi team. This place is worth visiting. Definitely a next time , is a must. THANK...

PATHETIC!! PATHETIC!! PATHETIC!! DISAPPOINTMENT WITH THE FOOD SERVED, IF THE OWNER READS THIS - I NEED MY REFUND!! DO NOT EVER VISIT - DAFZA BAIT AL ZAIN MANDI DO NOT EVER VISIT THIS PLACE!! IT IS A MOOD SPOILER!!

Below is the reason to not visit the pathetic place for mandi :

1. they put boiled potato in the mutton/lamb soup which they serve which is like washed meat water. like seriously i never tasted a lamb soup with chunks of boiled potato into it
2. their rates are so high, but the food they serve is the below average food but the amount they charge is of some high five restaurant of Burj Khalifa.
3. Mutton Madhgout - i hate this place is because of the mutton madhgout, it was plain yellow rice which tasted like rice boiled in turmeric and one piece of mutton was there which was also only and only bone and they had an audacity to charge me 60 aed for this dish.
4. Cheese Kunafa - the cheese Kunafa they served us was worst Kunafa i ate in my life. the cheese inside it was so chilled that there was no cheese pull, the kunafa was not even freshly made. It tasted like cardboard, and they charged me another 12-15 aed for this
5. Then moving on with the siders like salad, curd (raita) - the raita was spoiled it tasted like some cheap quality curd adultized with milk i think.
6. They did not even had a CHEF to make grill food
7. I would highly recommend you to donate your money and help any miskeen 100-150 aed than to go to this place and disappoint yourself with the...
