Antique Bazaar — Restaurant in Dubai

Antique Bazaar is holding Lucknowi Food Festival which runs from 15-30th September 2019, and I was invited to experience their offerings.

They served us a set menu, which included • Starters- Murgh Kakori Kebab, Galouti Kebab, Bharwan Zaitooni Paneer Tikka • Main Course- Nihari Gosht, Murg Musallam, Zafrani Subz Korma, Dal Sultani and Dum Murgh Mughlai Biriyani • Dessert- Kulfi Falooda • Drink- Tradition Lassi

The entire menu, from drinks to the dessert served, all had very authentic Indian flavours. And considering the fact that they have live Indian Singing and Dance, it gives a complete Indian vibe to the place. You could also request the singers to sing a song of your choice or a special birthday song if it’s one of your’s birthday.

The ambience is very royal in theme. A lot of seatings however, gives the place a slightly cramped look but we did have a comfortable experience. The place is dimly lit, giving it a romantic atmosphere.

The staff were very courteous, the chef himself came to check up on us repeatedly asking about the food.

Overall, a different experience for us, altogether, and I believe those who love North Indian cuisine should visit Antique Bazaar and experience their Lucknowi...

A Royal Indian Culinary Journey!

Antique Bazaar isn't just a restaurant; it's an experience that transports you straight to the heart of India's royal courts. From the moment you step in, the ambiance is captivating, perfectly setting the stage for an unforgettable meal.

My dinner date here was absolutely magical. The live music created such a wonderful atmosphere, and to top it off, we met a group of friends who were singing along and thoroughly enjoying themselves – it made the night even more unforgettable!

The food, oh, the food! It truly lives up to "A Taste of India at Antique Bazaar." Every dish we tried was bursting with authentic flavors, crafted with exotic spices and age-old recipes. It's a rare find to experience such genuine and delicious Indian cuisine, something you normally don't encounter outside of India itself. The taste was simply YUM!

The professional staff deserve a special mention for their attentiveness and warm hospitality, adding to the overall fantastic experience.

This is a cosy place where live performance takes place. We went here a few times and on both times , the ghazal performance was superlative but everything else is downhill.

The food taste is horrible, with excessive masalas and oil. We just ordered a simple pindi chole and it was dripping in oil and had excessive masalas - they could not even get a simple dish right - the color of the chole was also off and it was not dark black but brownish red in color. It was a regular masala chole dripping in oil and flavors were not coming out. The lacha paratha was almost burnt. Except for the mustard yogurt sauce served with the papad , everything else was bad. The service is very slow and inefficient. They really need to get their act together. You pay a premium $$$ only for the music and live performance - rest all is mediocre ( food , service etc ).

Still a great place to chill out and relax if you want to soak in the vibe for the evening. 3 stars for the ambience and live entertainment. ( minus two stars for...
