I recently visited the Cafe, and I had an exceptional experience. The ambiance was relaxed and welcoming, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The menu offered a variety of delicious and healthy options that catered to different tastes.

One of the highlights of my visit was the incredible service provided by Dineth. He was hospitable, attentive, and made sure that all our needs were met. Used to be one of my fav places in Dubai, unfortunately not anymore. The food quality and service went really bad, I mentioned this to the management more than once but no one seems to care so won’t be going there again. Gave it a final shot today, and the food was mediocre, found a hair in my brisket and the hygiene of the overall place, cutlery etc. is not where it should be. We have frequented Single Fin for many years and love it.

However the service has been declining and yesterday was farcical.

Waiter & waitresses standing around chatting to each other. One aimlessly sweeping. Staff coming out with orders and looking around blankly approaching tables to ask if the order was theirs. It took an age to place an order and I had to request the citronella candle 4x.

The smoothies were like water and all we could taste was the coconut.

I emailed the Manager yesterday, but received no response.
