We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Walk Boutique Hotel in Dubai from March 31 to April 10, 2025.
The hotel is cozy and compact, conveniently located just 50-100 meters away from the public beaches. The hotel staff kindly provides guests with complimentary beach umbrellas, beach mats, and beach towels, which can be refreshed daily. On the rooftop, there is a small area featuring a jacuzzi and sun loungers. The jacuzzi is filled specifically for you upon request, free of charge.
On the hotel's ground floor, there is a café offering a discount for hotel guests. We enjoyed breakfast there several times, and it was both tasty and reasonably priced, especially considering the guest discount. The combo breakfast for two, including drinks, cost 110 dirhams.
We stayed in a double room with a very large double bed. Special mention goes to the bed itself—extremely comfortable, and not overly soft as is often the case in hotels. The room itself was spacious, with high ceilings (likely over 3 meters), a long desk along one side of the room, comfortable chairs, and plenty of elegant lamps and lighting. Everything was beautifully clean and well-maintained.
The room included amenities such as a safe, scales, TV, kettle, and a capsule coffee machine. Complimentary tea bags, coffee, sugar, and coffee capsules were replenished daily as we used them. Additionally, every day we were provided with four new 0.5-liter bottles of water—even if we hadn't finished the previous day's supply.
The housekeeping team performed daily wet cleaning, changed towels and linens, and took out the trash. If we stayed in the room longer (using the "do not disturb" sign), they kindly arranged cleaning later in the evening after we had left.
We would like to sincerely thank the housekeeping staff:
Prabhu, Sawroop, and Sanju—thank you so much for ensuring our room was always comfortable and welcoming.
Special thanks also to the guest service staff:
Shehan, Samara, and Hein—they were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist with any questions or needs we had.
We highly recommend Beach Walk Boutique Hotel and thank you for a...
Read moreIn full disclosure, I’ve never stayed at the hotel but I’m a big fan of the little Balkan Restaurant. I have even persevered in going despite not having available self parking nearby and only recently started offering valet. My issue is that when I go to the hotel bathroom, there is no privacy for me as a covered woman. There are no hangers for abayas, or any other peices of clothing you might have. I have to put my abaya on the door handle which falls to the floor when anyone opens the door. I have asked the hotel reception for a year now to add simple hangers in the bathrooms and the reply is always the same “We will discuss with the management”. I’ve suggested if they could frost the window as well but its so strange to me that a simple hanger in the bathroom needs a year of approval? Not only that, at my last visit when I brought this up the extremely hostile hotel concierge informed me that since I was a guest of the restaurant, there is no need to tell the management as I was not their problem because I’m not a guest of the hotel? They are the same location. The enterance of the restaurant is through the hotel so aren’t they the same location. The hostile concierge also told me that he only allows me to pray in the meeting room to get points with God?! I really think the hotel concierge needs an intensive training in hospitality because they are in the wrong business. Because correct me if I’m wrong, but a hotel should make me feel welcome.I can’t imagine going to any hotel in Dubai and being told that I’m not their guest therefore not their problem. Let alone a prominent hotel in a prime spot in Jumeira. I used to recommend that my friends from abroad stay in this hotel but after the treatment that I’ve faced, I can’t in good concious recommend it to anyone. This is Dubai, the top spot in hospitality, and this hotel is a poor...
Read moreI have visited the hotel to eat in 21 grams restaurant, amazing Balkin food amazing service! Sadly the restaurant is located in one of the worst hotels in Dubai.
I’m an Emarati women living in Dubai, a country that respects all religions and cultures, I asked the receptionist if there is anywhere I can pray in. Back in 2019 the staff were amazing they will even let us pray in a meeting room because it will only take us 2 min to do that. The receptionist, Indian nationality, and her Senior Manager did not offer any help and asked me to walk in the heat, 45c, to the mosque outside the hotel premises. The management are even not aware and educated about Dubai mosque rules before and during COVID. All mosques are closed after prayer timings.
When they did not have anything to offer I asked to book a room and I am willing to pay for it just to pray in. The receptionist was shocked. I also told her that after I book the room I will write a review in Trip Advisor. I went I had a seat in the restaurant till she gets the rates. She came in running to offer me a free of charge room that I did not accept for me to avoid writing this review. So unprofessional and disrespectful she also started talking about my situation to one of the restaurant staff and literally all restaurant guest restaurant heared her.
I really wish 21 grams was in a different location with more respectful environment.
Sadly, I am a local of this country and I face such embarrassing and...
