Went here today in the afternoon, Yaseen was great and he was the person managing our booking. The issue is mainly due to our captain and some crew members being extremely rude. Me and my father went and paid 500 dhs for two jetskis one for me and one for my dad. The captain did not understand english or anything I asked him and he is supposed to be the man who safely handles any issues. He started screaming at me from the beggining and was extremely rude.

However, we started our trip when another person (the captain's friend) hit me very lightly. The "crash" was more like a small touch, the captain starts screaming at me for crashing and shows me a huge damage to the jetski which was not possible because it was just a light touch.

The captain was so rude and was screaming at me putting his hand all over my face. He even started running after my father after he yelled at him. We felt completely unsafe and uncomfortable. Then the person who hit me and the captain started to leave us behind.

When I was trying to catch up with the captain the jetski ran out of fuel and I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for the captain to come back. We had to call Yaseen directly for him to finally come back. By the time he was back we had to come back to the base so half my time was wasted. When we got back to the base I started complaining to the supervisor about our captain some crew workers started calling me and my father crazy even though they have no clue about what actually happened. They just believe the crazy captain. This captain was and still is a threat to anybody who goes here.

Just because the prices are one of the cheapest do not opt in for them. Until they fire this idiotic captain and train their team correctly never go to them. I am almost 100% sure that half these good reviews are...

I just wanted to share some honest feedback about my JetSki tour experience — unfortunately, it was the worst JetSki ride I’ve ever had.

From the moment we arrived, everything was extremely unorganized and the staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional.

When I booked the tour, it clearly stated that photos and videos were included in the price. However, when we arrived, they told us we had to pay an additional AED 250 for them. I explained that it was supposed to be included, but no one listened — instead, they became rude and aggressive when I refused to pay the extra amount.

Additionally, the tour was advertised as a private JetSki tour, but there were three other JetSkis with us. The guide (a man with long hair) was extremely unfriendly, shouting at people and arguing during the ride, which made the experience stressful and unpleasant.

Before the tour, I even sent photos of the kind of shots I wanted, and I was told “no problem.” But during the actual tour, nothing was arranged. I had to take all photos and videos myself, using my own phone while riding, which was dangerous and totally unprofessional.

Afterwards, I reached out on WhatsApp to give feedback and ask for a solution. They promised they would find a solution — but after that, I was simply ignored. All the replies I did receive were clearly just generic, AI-generated apology messages, with no real effort to resolve the issue.

I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with the entire experience. I will not return, and I cannot recommend this...

The entire crew demonstrated the utmost professionalism throughout the event. Prompt, friendly interactions marked their great customer service. Always attentive to everyone's needs, they ensured every participant enjoyed a smooth, worry-free experience.

Finally, inspecting the luxury yachts, the pristine condition impressed. Rooms were immaculately clean, seemed meticulously maintained and luxurious. All this, combined with good prices, clearly justified their reputation. Great yachts for various occasions indeed exceeded expectations.
