Friendly place to visit with a friend's. Shower is there freshen up, you can do sun breathing there, as people thought that dubai is a conservative country but the beach is no where near that. People were roaming around with modern close such a biking. Blue Arab sea is pleseasing to eyes. The famous seven star hotel the Bruj al Arab just round the corner. The landscape was magnificent. You can see the world shaped island from here which is still on construction. There are some activities on the beach such as pera gliding, water motorbike riding ( I have seen people seen doing snorkelling but I am not sure whether that was professional or not). The beach is perfect for swimming because there was not heavy current on the sea. However you have to be carefull about the sand because stone sand can cut you that's what happened to me sadly. The beach is very safe place anyway throughout the Dubai is safe as well within hundred meter beach security is there to help out. After having swimming at the sea you can have a good shower just near the beach. After having good swim at the sea you must be hungry a good Turkish restaurant just around the corner. I will suggest you to have kebab there. The walk way around the beach was perfect for running because running track has been layed. As I am a big fan of chips there chips was perfect. The beach itself is nice and located close to a bus stop (approx 10mins walks from bus station) and a cross the road of car parking which i think is free. However, it is right next to a construction site. In the morning (around 10-10:30 AM to 1 PM) it’s peaceful and not too crowded, but after that it gets busy with people standing very close to your things (tourist that just finish Burj Al Arab tour) and still coming and taking pics on the beach right next to your stuff and belongings. Also, most of construction workers also come to the beach even though they are not allowed to be there on that area only further away, they don’t always behave respectfully , they asked me to take pictures with me and my mum was next to me in the water. They are recording themself in water and also record like selfies but you dont know if they actually record you or no. Gentleman on scooter / security guard went above and beyond, he tried to keep them away and let the other people enjoy on the beach and have a wonderful time with family, friends etc. Lifeguards were very attentive, and they was always on point, telling people not to cross the buoy lines, their supervisor was going back and forth with a car, very nice.
