Jumeirah Residences Marsa Al Arab — Hotel in Dubai

As a frequent traveler to Dubai and having staying at majority of the leading 5 star hotels, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is definitely best in class! This has been my second stay at the property this year and the hotel is my current all time favorite. The staff around the property are kind and always willing to assist with any requests. The breakfast is a culinary experience, where every item on the menu is freshly prepared and served. If there is a twist you’d like to add to your breakfast dish the in house chefs will certainly take the task on! (Very personal experience)|This property caters to different needs, in April I had travelled without my kids and made use of the adult facilities. The experience around the pool made you feel as if you were on an island with designated cabanas secluded in the lush greenery and service at your finger tips. |In September we had travelled as a family and got a totally different experience sitting around the family pool. The pool area is amazing with 3 different areas for your kids to enjoy. There are plenty of day beds and cabanas available so there is no wait to get a spot! The staff are quick to usher you to a preferred area and are there to ensure you are most comfortable. The food selection was really good and the wait time from order to serving was under 12min. (This was amazing! As kids can get really cranky when they hungry) |Another great thing about Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab unlike other dubai properties is the distance from the hotel to the pool to the beach. From the pool area you are 2 steps away from the soft sandy Jumeirah beach and your kids can enjoy both pool and beach without having to worry that they are too far away. (In fact if you are sitting at the pool you can watch them playing in the sand) |The in room experience has been the best I’ve ever experienced, personalized details such as intials on slippers. Special kids amenities as well cute sun hats and Jumeirah goodies to make this stay a memorable one! |From before checking in the team have emailed to check arrival times and find out about any preferences we may have. |Our flight arrived in the early hours of the morning (5:30am) and the team managed to accommodate us with an early check in. |As our chauffeur drive arrived the staff came out to the vehicle and greeted us anticipating our arrival.( something I’ve never experienced) |They had also prepared a light breakfast in room. |We had booked the one bedroom in the residence tower which was a huge room with 2 wash up areas a kitchen, lounge 2 balconies and a big bedroom. |There was enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids under 12. |The cleaning staff were meticulous everyday leaving the room spotless and stocking up the room. |The in house team would message daily to find out about preferred cleaning time allowing us to relax and decide when we wanted to leave the room for the pool. A very nice touch! From the moment we arrived, it was clear this wasn’t just another stay—it was an experience. A special thank you to the people who make it what it is. Coffee at The Commodore with salmon just wouldn’t be the same without them. Being from Argentina, when I think of greatness, I think of Maradona—and when I think of coffee greatness, I think of this place.

Olga has done an amazing service both check in-out with Camila and Nazeem they have a presence and response to each person and thats my observation both to us and others-welldone team!

Nadeem stood out in particular—always offering thoughtful insights, enjoying a good chat, and making us feel truly welcomed. It’s those human touches that make the difference.

Why choose the residence? For one, its location—close enough to the main road for convenience, yet set back just enough to feel like a private escape. It blends the best of hotel service with the warmth of a serviced apartment. You get laundry assistance, daily care, and at the same time, enough space to enjoy your stay without compromise.

It’s not just a place to stay—it’s a place you’ll miss.

The doormen wear slightly different attire, and the blue abaya is a beautiful touch of elegance. I won’t compare this experience to the hotel—because it would be unfair. But I will say this: my one-bedroom suite here had true separation of space, with recessed doors between rooms, and hands down, the best view in the UAE.
