Yoush Water Sports Jetski Dubai — Local services in Dubai

This company is horrendous, if 0 stars was possible I would be giving this.

We arrived at our arrival time to which at first they could not find our booking which lead to extensive waiting times.

Once our booking was found we had to wait a total of 90 minutes to be put on a jet ski despite our booking being 90 minutes prior. We had further plans in the day, but this was hindered due to the waiting times here.

Upon going on the jet ski, we had around 10 minutes of actual driving time to then be told we need to turn our engines off whilst everyone takes photos. We were not aloud to turn them back on until all photos were complete. After this due to the group size being substantial, which was clear they had overbooked this activity, we had to then go back to the marina.

This is advertised as a 30 minutes prior jet ski excursion however you will be lucky to have more than 10 minutes of actual driving the jet ski.

The captain was very rude and abrupt and it was clear they were not allowing guests to have fun and not actually get what they had paid for.

I will not be visiting this company again and advise others to do the same. Book with other companies such as NEMO or XTREME Watersports as they provide value for money and allow you to have fun on...

We had an absolutely lovely day at Yoush Watersports! We started with a taster first lesson on the board, where the instructor gave clear instructions and was really helpful in teaching us how to manoeuvre. It made learning so much easier and more fun!

We also tried the jet ski, which was such an exciting experience—especially with the beautiful view of the Burj Al Arab in the background. The staff were all super informative and patient, making us feel comfortable and safe throughout.
