Starbucks — Restaurant in Dubai

I order yestrday from noon my favorite drink i order frappuccino creme syrup blended with milk caramel flavor syrup and ice topped with whipped cream and double layers of caramel drizzle but he send me the wrong order he send me caramel flavor syrup combined with coffee and milk blended with ice ,when I call him and I told him he say madam np I will arrange for you noon pick up again and I send you the correct order I told him np just update me what happen after he say from 10.30 antil 12 I keep calling to ask him what happen for my order he ignored me and he didn't attend the call for more thank 2 hours after I take my car and go to him I fond him setting I told him iam call you more than 2 hours why you didn replay me or you send me the correct order he say I was busy with costumer and the coffe there is Mt because is 12 pm night I told him even me I'm costumer and you are the one send me wrong order and also you ignore my call I want to know like this you do with costumer the name for guy is Rico is phlipino guy the date 24 August 12 pm the service for him is very bed iam so saad because he do for...

I came here with a voucher taken from Emirates NBD bank. There were no terms mentioned in the voucher nor in the ENBD site where the redemption offers are promoted that this is only for food and beverage and not for merchandise. This is not a fair deal. One must ensure that the terms are explicit, especially when a brand like starbucks is concerned.

We waited to get clarified and then the service team came forward and said that it is applicable. Perhaps they may not have been trained. It's only mere luck that we insisted for a clarification on guidelines where my son was almost going back on their initial response of not applicable statement.

Pros: This place works 24/7. Friendly staff. This is the biggest advantage that you have! Thank you for your kind and supportive attitude. 😊 2 floors. Women and Men toilets. Iced mocha that we tried was truly tasty.

Cons: The atmosphere is not cozy especially on the second floor. It would be great if you can make the second floor more relaxing. Both of the toilets are dirty. It is a challenge to use it. Please kindly clean it more often, since it is a serious downside. Cheesecake was not tasty at all. By the way, this is my second attempt of trying this cheesecake and this is a disaster. We even were not able to finish it.
