SUFRA - FOOD REVIEW

Sufra is a spacious Mediterranean restaurant that will welcome guests for Iftar throughout the month of Ramadan. We can relish a wholesome spread served family-style on the tables. With three varieties of menus, guests can choose any one of it.

STARTERS

🔯 SOUP - Shorbet Adas/ Harira Soup

Rating - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Shorbet Adas is basically a lentil soup served along with some crisps and lemon whereas harira is a soup made up of chickpeas and chicken and some vermicelli . Both of them were tasting very yummy and good way to start the stupendous dinner.

🔯HOT MEZZEH - Chicken Samosa/Meat Sambusek/Falafel

Rating -⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

All these mentioned fried items were very crisp with less (or) no oil and the fillings inside was very tasty .

🔯COLD MEZZEH - Hummus/Moutabel/Musabaha/Warak Enab/Kishke/Mohammara/Eggplant Makdous

Rating -⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This part included all the Middle Eastern dip, spread, or savory dish which was very fresh and lip-smacking.

🔯 FATTOUSH SALAD / ARABIC CHEESE SELECTION - (Halloumi/Sumak Labneh/Baladi Cheese/Mint Labneh/Akawi) / PUMPKIN JAM

Rating -⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Salad can be customized according to your taste which were very fresh, followed by some amazing arabic cheese a rich and classy flavour. Pumpkin Jam was very unique which was sweet and bewildering.

MAIN COURSE

🔯LIVE SAJ STATION - Cheese/Zaatar/Nutella/Labneh/Halloum/Mint

Rating - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Chef would prepare the Saj right in front of us with the fillings of our choice. We chose Nutella and cheese as two different fillings and I must say both were delicious in its own terms.

🔯SHAWARMA STATION - Chicken/Tahini Sauce/Garlic Paste/Lettuce/Chilli Paste

Rating - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Customised shawarma is always most of us prefer. Here, shawarma was customised based on my favourite filings making it very delicious and lip smacking.

🔯HOT DISHES- Vermicelli Rice/Dajaj Batata/Lamb Okra/Dawood Basha/Samak Tahini Sauce/Kibbeh Bil Laban/Lamb Tagine/Chicken Maklouba

Rating - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hot dishes had a variety of dishes which had a pleasing aroma , which included lamb,chicken and fish dishes making it a full package of non-vegeterian , All of the dishes were just so flavourful and delectable.

🔯PASTA & LIVE GRILL STATION - Lamb Cofta/Shrimp Skewers/Beef Kabab

Rating - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Grills were made live and the flavours were popping in the mouth ,enjoying the taste to the fullest.

🔯DESSERTS - Kunafa/Cheese Cake/Apple Fruit Tart/Chocolate Cake/ Dates covered with white and dark chocolate

Rating - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

All the desserts were very unique and idiosyncratic which was a perfect way to end the iftar.

🔯DRINKS - Watermelon Juice/Orange Juice/Laban

The drinks served along were very refreshing and tasting outstanding.

A Delightful Breakfast Experience during our Hotel Stay at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights!

Breakfast was absolutely satisfying, with a great variety of options to choose from - everything was fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. The kids especially enjoyed every dish, and we appreciated the balance of international and local flavors.

What made the experience even more special was the warm and attentive service from the staff, especially Diane. She went out of her way each morning to ensure our kids - who love rice - were well taken care of. Knowing their preferences, she personally prepared rice-friendly dishes that perfectly suited their taste.

To top it off, she surprised us with a bon voyage cake on our last day - a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture we’ll never forget.

The entire team was genuinely friendly and accommodating, always checking in with a smile and ensuring that guests felt happy and comfortable. It’s this level of care and hospitality that transforms a good stay into a truly memorable one.

The food was always nice and fresh. Always a nice variety. Fresh fruit and veg. The crepes made by vijay were the best according to my girls. Best service i have come across in a long time.
