I am going there every time I visit dubai mall and place many orders. So I would say this place is my go to especially because of the quality of the pastry and the location. Unfortunately the last experience was really disappointed when I asked if I could plug my laptop for 10” and the in charge person literally refused as she is applying these inflexible and robotic rules. So she preferred to say no to a regular client who spent thousands of dirhams per month and organized regularly catering for events in retail rather than trying to provide a full luxury experience, especially l know most of the staff. I'm so disappointed with the staff service, as we were waiting in the line for long time, and when one sofa was available, and we were about to set in it, they said someone was waiting for it among the guests setting already at the cafe for awhile, if i'm already accuping a seat in any cafe and having my coffe served already, am i entitled to reserve another table during that, what a weired situation!! Why should u transfer his dining to the other table!! He accepted his first location in the first place. It doesn't make sense!! Unfortunately personally i feel i must inform the potential interested in a great service cafe serving at Dubai Mall fashion avenue , this patisserie is not recommended! You expect the basic polite behavior to be promoted to approach fashion avenue, i suggest to try other ones at dubai mall than Yaan cafe !
