Extremely Disrespectful Service

I had a terrible experience at Memo Paris in Dubai Mall due to a staff member named Shawbas. When I asked about vanilla-based fragrances, he only showed me one and claimed it was the only option, even though there were others.

His dismissive and rude attitude showed he had no interest in helping customers.

For a luxury brand, this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Avoid this store if you expect proper assistance...

This is the best perfume shop I have ever been to. I discovered this brand last year and asked for a MEMO scent for Xmas. There was no need to give a specific brief about which fragrance I wanted, since I love them all! Their perfumes are by far the most interesting and imaginative I have ever come across. Even better, the salespeople at the MEMO stand-alone shop in Dubai Mall showered us with so many samples, I’ll be able to try...
