Nando's Al Qasba — Restaurant in Sharjah

This weekend, I had the pleasure of visiting Nando's once again—my 1000th visit at least—and I can confidently say that it remains my absolute go-to place for every occasion. There’s just something so comforting and satisfying about knowing I can always count on Nando’s to deliver the perfect meal. It’s been my favorite for years, and without a doubt, the Qasba branch is my most favorite.

Having visited the Qasba branch for over 1 years, I can say with certainty that Nando's has never once failed to impress. Every single visit, I’m greeted with the same warmth and consistency that makes each experience feel like a homecoming. The staff here are not just employees—they’ve become friends over the years. Their genuine kindness, professionalism, and eagerness to help make every meal feel special.

Among this incredible team, Shane stands out as my absolute favorite—her attention to detail and friendliness are unmatched. Karim, George, Suraj, and the rest of the team also add so much to the charm and hospitality of the place. They all go out of their way to make sure each visit is flawless, and their unwavering dedication to providing excellent service doesn’t go unnoticed. The branch manager is also incredibly kind, always ensuring everything runs smoothly and that every guest feels welcome.

And then, of course, there’s the food. Every bite at Nando’s is an absolute delight—there’s just no other place that compares. The flavors, the sauces—just the thought brings water in my mouth and leaves me eagerly anticipating the next visit. Whether it’s the perfectly grilled chicken or the mouthwatering peri fries every item on the menu never fails to exceed my expectations.

A Great Dining Experience with Azar and Jhonnel

I recently dined with a friend and had the pleasure of being served by two incredible staff members: Azar and Jhonnel.

Azar, the Manager Azar, the manager, stopped by our table to check on our experience, which was already off to a great start. He mentioned Fazaa, and I was lucky enough to have one and receive a discount. What truly stood out, however, was his kindness and attentiveness. He genuinely asked about our experience, making us feel valued as customers. It's rare to see managers engage this personally with guests, as many are more distant. Azar’s approach truly set him apart and deserves recognition.

Jhonnel, the Server Jhonnel was also fantastic. He offered us a better seating option, ensuring we had a great ambiance. We had initially sat on the other side of the restaurant, but he made sure we were comfortable in a better spot. He was quick, efficient, and thoughtful in his service. One of the best parts of our experience was when he informed us that our food would take 15 minutes to arrive, but it came earlier than expected—right on time!

Overall, both Azar and Jhonnel went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable, and I truly appreciate their efforts.

Nandinis Chicken Burger Meal: Price: 29AED Sides: Fresh Fruits, Garlic Bread and Packaged Juice. Taste: Child Friendly but you can increase the spice level. Comments: This was tasty and budget friendly. You can also choose a dessert instead of juice. Garlic bread was really crispy. Rating: 5/5.

Chocolate Lovin Spoon Cake Price: 39 AED (Costed around 19.5AED because of the Buy 1 Get 1 Offer). Served with: Vanilla Ice Cream (quite refreshing). Taste: Chocolaty and Melt in Mouth! Comments: Hands down the best chocolate cake I have eaten. If I had to choose one dish out of all, this is it! Rating: 5/5

New York Cheese Cake: Price: 39 AED (Costed around 19.5AED because of the Buy 1 Get 1 Offer). Served with: Vanilla Ice Cream. Taste: Creamy. Comments: Chocolate Cake stole the show and made it look bland. Especially the combination with vanilla ice cream. Rating: 4/5.
