While we were away with the children we decided to stop at the drive through, we used the app for the vouchers and this was quite cumbersome and time consuming to use over the intercom, we ordered over £30 of food with the vouchers and I ordered a full price meal also.
They asked us to park up and they only took around 10 minutes, however, we drove the 15 minutes back to our accommodation and unpacked the order...
Whilst the voucher meals were all present and accounted for, the full price meal was not there... I emailed the customer services via the website and gave the details of the order, restaurant details, ticket number, time of sale and the name of the server.
I received nothing more than a request for the information I'd already provided them... it's been nearly a week since I replied and I have had nothing back except confirmation that they have what they need...
So as yet I'm still £8 out of pocket and now back home so I can't return to the restaurant to complain in person as it's over 8hrs away by car.
I fully appreciate that it's a fast paced job, and they have hundreds of orders to fulfil each shift... however it doesn't take much effort to check the order is fulfilled properly especially as they have to check it off as they are packing it... it is not a terribly difficult job to do, just hectic and fast paced, but take pride in what you do and you'll have people returning, and recommending you... instead of sharing a less than ideal experience with the wider public.
To sum up... the food was good, the price was good however the order was short and the customer service from head office is...

My son (dressed as Harry Potter) was very disappointed to learn that this meant he had the option of a water or a Capri-sun orange drink. No fruit shoots or anything else. I chose to have a Fanta. Tried to select Fanta numerous times and instead was spurted with black substance which I believe could of been some sort of cherry option. Asked a member of staff for another cup to try the other machine available and unfortunately experienced the exact same thing and asked a member of staff to help me. She came around and confirmed they were actually out of Fanta, Fanta zero and any other orange tango like drink. I do not like any of the other options for fizzy juice and was told it would be water or nothing. Extremely disappointed to have driven 20 miles one way just for a Burger King treat for my son...
Read moreThe service at this restaurant is absolutely atrocious! Toilets were filthy, urine all over the floor and stank of faeces! Don’t even get me started on the staff! Staff members sitting on the their phones at the front counter and saw two of them chewing food while making the fries…disgusting. We waited almost 20 minutes for our order and when we received the food was it stone cold. Tried speaking to the manager but got told they were busy and when we were leaving the restaurant we saw the lady manager vaping at the back door… We wanted to sit in but the whole dining area was just filthy, food all over the floor and drinks spilt everywhere.
