Absolutely gutted by tonight's experience with La Fiamma. Our allergy pizza came with vegan cheese and buffalo mozzarella, and when we called to report the mistake and how dangerous it would have been if we hadn't noticed, we were first told that no mistake had been made, and then that it wasn't that big a deal anyway. Luckily my toddler is not anaphylactic, and we managed to get her away from the pizza before she got at it.
This was our favourite pizza in Aberdeen by miles, and we ordered at least twice a month. The vegan special is the best I've ever had. Sadly we won't be ordering again, but even if we wanted to we were told they would not deliver to us... Dangerous attitude and appalling customer service to boot.

Read moreHad an amazing experience at La Fiamma Pizzeria in Aberdeen! The pizza was perfectly baked with a thin, crispy base and just the right amount of char for that authentic wood-fired flavour. The toppings were fresh and generous — you could really taste the quality in the vegetables, cheese, and meat. Every bite had a nice balance of flavours, with the cheese melting beautifully over the toppings.
The presentation was spot on, served piping hot and straight out of the oven, and the portion size was definitely satisfying. The place itself has a warm and inviting vibe, making it perfect whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down with friends.
Overall, one of the best pizzas I’ve had in Aberdeen — delicious, freshly baked, and full of flavour. Definitely recommend La Fiamma if you’re after proper pizza...

The pizza overall was undercooked and extremely salty. The tomato sauce base was definitely not authentic considering the addition of oregano. The fact that it was undercooked was surprising considering how quickly the dough cooks in a stone oven. Additionally, the thickness of the base was correct for a napolitan style pizza although it was overwhelmed by how much sauce and mozzarella there was. Overall, the freshness of the ingredients was questionable and felt like they were frozen beforehand.
Edit: You cannot give an Italian name to your pizzeria if you are going to be serving pizzas with toppings such as chicken...
