Our book group always celebrates at Christmas by going out for dinner at a local restaurant. This year, we had a fabulous night in the private dining room at Cognito on the Corner. Food and service were both outstanding. The restaurant was packed, but we were treated with great care and the waitress and all other serving staff were fantastic. Lovely, positive attitudes all round, including the manager who came in for a chat with us and was obviously on top of things and very concerned that everything would go well for our evening. Which it did! We were served drinks, and our meals, promptly but with no sense of rush. The waitress kept an eye on our progress and the next course, and additional drinks, were all brought in a very timely manner. Each of our choices from the Christmas menu were delicious, especially the turkey which was voted the best any of us had ever eaten in a restaurant. Top marks all round. We'll be booking for next Christmas,...

Read moreWe had an absolutely fantastic experience at Milton on the Corner in Aberdeen. Our group of seven was seated at the private table in the back, which made the evening feel even more special. The service was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and professional from start to finish.
The food was outstanding. The steak, priced at £32, was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The fish dishes, priced around £20, were equally incredible, with fresh, delicate flavors that showcased the high-quality ingredients. We also enjoyed an excellent selection of wines that paired beautifully with the meal.
For the quality of food, service, and overall experience, the pricing is very reasonable. This is truly a hidden gem in Aberdeen, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Whether you’re dining in a group or just looking for a top-notch meal, Milton on the Corner is an...
