Very disappointing :( Been in here a few times, we were excited about the soft play area mostly, as we have a little one. First couple of times having been in, the wait for food was around 45 minutes. The first time there was 1 other table and only ordered the kids chicken nuggets and chips. Second time was at breakfast and we were the only table and ordered a full breakfast each. This experience however, we both ordered paninis and ordered the kids chicken nuggets and chips. The tortilla chips were very stale and we had to ask for fresh ones. Wait time was quick aside from the kids food again. It had been about 15-20 minutes after we got our paninis and our kid's food still hadn't come out. My partner had to go ask a member of staff where it was and they admitted they missed it on the ticket. Shortly after our kid's food came out (clearly directly from the fryer) and put in front of my 18 month old, who burned his hand reaching for it (thankfully mildly as I quickly grabbed the plate away). I've given the benefit of the doubt the past few times I've been in as it's a new and small business, however the service and experience does not justify the price and unfortunately we will not likely be back. (Also, £5 for kids to play in a small communal play area, you are not allowed in to supervise small children, you must watch from afar) EDIT: we came in at 11:30 and you start lunch at 11. Fresh daily tortilla chips would not be so hard you couldn't bite through them, not even chewy as they were. That happens after leaving them open for hours. I know you replaced them but they should not have been served in the first place. Also, we did see your chef playing on his phone when he still had our order unfinished. It is clear your business does not care about service because they know they'll get money anyways per the reply! All the best luck to you and...
Read moreWent for the first time last week and had a really good afternoon at the soft play. Was told by the lady there, Sarah I think her name was that soft play on weekends is £5 and weekdays it is £3. Thought that was great and returned tonight, it was still good don’t get me wrong but I couldn’t get into soft play without buying food first. I asked if I could just get a coffee and a snack to be told the soft play was closed unless I bought a proper meal. The food wasn’t the worst I’ve had but it wasn’t the best and only ate a small portion as the sauces and side of garlic bread was completely tasteless, I got extras I didn’t ask for and my fajitas were really oily. I got charged more for the kids drink too. It was on the menu for £1.80 and got charged nearly £3 for it. Altogether the meal came to £33 so it wasn’t worth it. Also nearly £5 for the latte that wasn’t even made by a barista just from a machine. I don’t think I’d return again sadly as the soft...
Read moreI have previously been to Osmans when they first opened last year, and it was so much better than now. Overly priced for a cafe, the food was not tasty. I am not a fan of fast food and it was very limited for light/ diet options. No soup of the day, sandwiches or salads. It was cold in the play area, and with less activity/ toys than what they started with. I ate a chicken wrap and it was tasteless. The salad and rice had a sauce on it, that tasted awful. Just very disappointed paying an expensive meal out to then not enjoy it. I have been to Turkish restaurants all over the UK and is Turkey inclusive and they were...
