Possibly the worst dining experience and service I,ve ever encountered. We,ve been coming to this restaurant for over a decade, not so much in recent times due to a young family, now there a little older we decided to treat ourselves to the full menu. Ordered the drinks and starters which arrived promptly and were tasty, then arrived a table of 4 drunken, racist, swearing loud idiots who preceded to make everyone I would imagiine feel uncomfortable, did the staff say anything, remember we're sitting with 8 and 11 year old children. Myself and my partner went in very excited to try Vietnamese food for the 1st time. We ordered a sharing starter, which was excellent. The waitress recommended we try another starter, which was excellent. We then asked for 2 main meals, here the problems started. The waitress tried to get us to go for the buffet, we said no thanks, so they gave us the buffet meal! When we tried in vain to explain what we wanted, it fell on deaf ears. They then charged us twice for 1 starter, when I questioned it they said they made a mistake, so they changed the bill and charged me more. I arranged to meet a couple of business customers no sooner had we sat down the waitress wanted our order I asked for more time during the next ten minutes we was asked to order three times by different staff its was almost like they wanted the table for other diners even though there was only two other tables taken we had the £22.80 all you can eat option our starters arrived and where very tasty the ribs where lacking meat but have to say the smoked corn chicken was tasty and succulent spring rolls ok satay good.
