I feel like I'm now allowed to say I have an addiction to this place, the bubble batista almost always recognise me and we have a nice little chat before my drink is made, they're very friendly, I love the range they have and the fact that they have alternate milks and clearly list what is and isn't suitable for certain needs such as vegan or vegetarian. However I also need to point out there are some reviews here that are people most likely getting their first drink order wrong and not liking it, so, if yiu go and have a drink you don't like then go back a second time and explain, they will definetly help you adjust your drink to suit you. Friendly staff , quick service with a smile and a hello , we visited with Yvette 8 yrs old who wanted to try the product , staff member helped her through the options available , finally picking her option and having wipes etc provided . I’ve read some of these negative reviews and can only say we had a positive experience with great service from the young lady with black hair in a pony tail asking if it was Yvette’s first time trying the product and tailoring her approach accordingly .

I would have given 5 stars though I did not taste the product etc ,4stars awarded for the young server who looked after Yvette .

Ordered strawberry fruit tea with strawberry bubbles and jelly, personally didn't like the jelly, but when I got sips without the jelly it was great, and obviously jelly is an add in so thats my fault. Also if you don't want it too sweet you might be better off going for the "less sweet" option, i got regular and it was a tad bit too sweet for me. As for customer service it was great, very fast, very efficient, and for atmosphere, it's a stand, not a store, and for that it was about what you'd expect.
