Zulus Peri Peri Grill Aberdeen — Restaurant in Aberdeen City

Ordered at around 7pm with an estimated arrival of 7:30 - 7:50, gave the benefit of the doubt and waiting till 8:10 to call the restaurant. Was civil and asked for an update to which they said they were busy and orders were taking slightly longer to process which I though was reasonable enough. Rang back at 9:10pm as still no delivery/update etc. Was given no explanation so I asked for my money back. They told me they do not do refunds and that I had to make a claim through uber eats. Turns out it is near impossible to claim a refund back through uber eats so it was a nice deflection on their part. Mark my words I will get my money...

Order food today from Aberdeen Branch (first order) - very disappointing ! Every single instruction was ignored - we paid extra for cheese which was added to the wrong burger (order had two burgers). Chips were ordered with specially instructions to non add salt (as it was for my little boy) and they added perri salt instead - definitely they can't read orders/instructions. Chicken in the perri burger was uncooked and zinger burger seems like from frozen patty. All in all very disappointing. Sounded as if Aberdeen has a decent halal place but Won’t...

So I never normally write reviews, however the the peri peri competition in Aberdeen now, this experience with zulus was not very good, chicken was drier than a nunns chuck (not because its been grilled) it was so dry either so one left it in oven for too long or over night it was like rubber, chips were terrible the whole meal felt like it was last nights dinner but reheated.

Please for your benefit look at what u can do to improve this.
