Chopstix - Bognor Regis Butlins — Restaurant in Arun

I love Chopstix - The toppings (meats) are really yummy. I went yesterday and enjoyed my food but the customer service was TERRIBLE. I asked for less noodles and the man said "You won't get more toppings" - I know mate, chill, i just want less noodles LOL. Then... I went to burger king and got a diet coke, they had no ice (yes thats BK fault - separate issues), anyway.. then sent me to Chopstix for ice. I figured having been sent there by their neighbour and having just bought a chopstix meal they'd give me some ice which takes 2 seconds. but the same guy that served me was like "im backed up here ive got customers to serve" I said i just need some ice surely just do the ice quickly then serve these 15 people their meals which takes a while - then he said "the ice is tiny and takes ages etc etc" - then i said "this is ridiculously instead of arguing you could have done it by now" - then he huffed and puffed and did me the cup of ice which took all of about 3 seconds and he made me feel like i'd asked for a...

They only have prices from regular up so when you ask for a the smallest size you assume that you will get a regular with 2 toppings but no only one. Our first child just wanted one topping so we assumed she would get a double portion when our second child ordered they changed there mind part way through so I asked for the other topping to be told the small only has one topping. We asked how much the small was as the prices were only showing from regular up, the server then lied to us and told us the price is shown down the other end of the over head display not only was it not but he also could not tell us how much it was, so I had order what my son wanted again and gave it to him and I had to have the small one or pay for another meal which I wasn't going to do. He gave no apology, no trying to fix it, poor customer...

Came at about 11:40 before the rides stopped so was quiet compared to 12 when everyone flooded in for their lunch. Never been before so was hesitant to try. The guy behind the counter (didn’t get his name) was fantastic. Explained how it all worked, talked me through what was spicy and asked what kind of things I liked before giving suggestions. Meal was absolutely beautiful. Went for a large box with sweet and sour chicken and I felt full once I was finished. (Which is rarely the case with fast food!)
