This Dominos is absolutely awful! I’ll tell you what my experience has been like with them...
One time me and my friends ordered a pizza and it was taking a while, so we called dominos Bognor twice (over a period of 2 hours waiting) the second time we rang they then delivered us our order along with a refund. Fine. However, a friend and I ordered from dominos recently (13th Aug) with specific delivery instructions and they failed to deliver it. We waited 2 hours again and I had to call them 3-4 times to figure out what was going on! I then had to drive to their shop in Bognor town and collect it (with my friend who had a broken foot) and was told I would get a refund. A couple of days go by and then I got a phone call from them saying that they needed my card details again so they could do the refund? I told them there were so many scams these days that I didn’t feel comfortable doing it over the phone, so they said I could go in the following day. I went in and saw a gentlemen that didn’t know how to do it and couldn’t figure out the administrator password, so he said he’d do it via online and that I should get it in three days or so... I didn’t get it, so I called again and spoke to a young man who told me it would take longer than three days (at this point I was still being patient) I waited till the end of this month and still no refund... so I called again and the manager told me he’d give me a cash refund, the following day I went in for a cash refund, walked into the shop, spoke to this rather rude lady rolling dough (who completely ignored me and didn’t make eye contact once) called the manager over (whom I requested to speak to), this poor girl who I dealt with previous times over the phone and collected my pizza from, looked really confused/ worried about my request for a cash refund and said she didn’t have any cash on the premises, this is when I lost my patients. I had to sternly raise my voice and tell her that I had been in there now 3 times and I was starting to get really annoyed because I just wanted my money back, she then goes and talks to a man and comes back with £17 and worryingly apologises. I don’t know what happens over there, whether it be miscommunication or laziness, but I’m very very disappointed with their customer service. Read moreOur order was wrong last time, daughter’s pizza was wrong and a side of wings missing. It’s fine because everyone makes a mistake. They said they’ll bring the wings and the correct pizza. They brought the wings and forgot the pizza. I handed them the wrong pizza and said they would bring the right one back, but never did. (We are only 2 min walk away from store)
After an hour or two my daughter still had no pizza, so I called just before 11pm as closing and they said sorry next time we’ll give it to her.
Tonight I placed an order online and then called up to add the pizza we never received last time, as promised.
They said no notes were left and basically called me a liar, after 10 minutes I said fine I’ll pay for it again, and they said sorry we are closed and refused to add her pizza, so second time in a row my daughter doesn’t get her pizza.
I went to collect and after speaking to the guy he then seemed to finally come around that I’m not a liar, and send next time they’ll give it to her… I’m not sure there will be a next time, such a bad experience and at first the guy looked me in the eyes and basically call me a liar, I just felt very insulted and angry like it wasn’t even about the £7 or whatever but that 2 times in a row now my 9 year old daughter is left out of our family treat….

Read moreBis, the employee that answered the phone is one of the worst people I have ever encountered in customer service. Did all he could not to take my order over the phone. When I arrived in store the same person ignored me walking in the store. When the phone rang he walked to the counter without acknowledging me at all and avoided eye contact at all costs. When he had finished being rude on the phone to another customer he didn’t look at me and just said ‘yes’. I said I have an order to collect for mark. He said no more and walked off. Picked up his mobile phone and I didn’t see him again for another four minutes. I checked the tracking which said pop in to collect. Eventually he came back and placed the order on the counter without saying a word or looking at me. He then walked off on his phone again.
