At first I had an awful experience at 10 pm I ordered my family 2 large pizza's garlic tear and share and dips. It arrived after 1 hour which I was told on phone but I did express my concerns about the quality if it took an hour. When it arrived the dips where not the correct ones and the pizza's were cold and tough. They needed to microwaved in order to be eaten I was so disappointed I tried to call the store and ask for fresh pizza's to be sent however it had passed 11pm therefore the store was closed and no-one answered. The next day at 11 am I spoke to Sam the manager and explained how upset I was and how the food was still sat on my table and its I wanted pizza's to be microwaves I would have gone to Iceland ( other retailers are available) he was very apologetic and put me on hold to find the order. He came back and offered us a free replacement ay any time during our holiday. We later that day decided to re ordered the same food with a few additional items and he sent it out all free of charge and within 25 minutes it was fresh and delicious.. His abrupt response "Do you know your telephone number or not!". I used to always buy from there but that isn't the first time recently the staff on the phone have been rude, including calling me "Sweetie". I am an elderly lady attempting to do business with them. I normally order through the web page and haven’t had any issues but this evening when I placed my order I noticed my order was incorrect on my part. I called the Hut the the gent I spoke to said my order hasn’t gone through to the kitchen although I’d received a confirmation email. After a while of going back and forth he gave me the email to the local hut that I could forward my confirmation email to. After he received this my order was amended and sent out promptly with a complimentary drink.
