As a tea-enthusiast… this shop is a little slice of heaven. Everything you need for brewing the perfect cuppa is available within these four walls. I spoke to (I think) the owner who was a lovely chap as equally passionate about tea as myself. He explained a few of his favourite blends and let me smell some of the jars at the counter (I left with Moroccan Mint, Vanilla, and Spiced Pumpkin - yum!). What fantastic, friendly service. Whittards… you will never beat The Tea and Biscuit Club.

I have bought many teas from this wonderful place now, I will be moving to Wales in the coming weeks, and will continue to buy using their online service! The owner and staff are incredible and very knowledgeable about their product including being helpful with finding something special just for you! The prices are very reasonable and something I would never hesitate on purchasing. My personal favourite is the Turmeric Vanilla Chai!

Just a perfect sweet little tea shop! So much choice! Hand chosen and blended tea from around the world. The owners just ooze passion for their business and are so friendly and welcoming! A great place to treat yourself or to purchase something for a gift. The selection of tea pots is also very impressive! Hope to return again one day (until then there's always the online store!) I highly recommend this shop!

Went on a trip to the Isle of Wight, came to visit Arundel castle and found the tea shop. When I tell you the owner of this store is BEYOND ✨✨FANTASTIC , FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, I MEAN IT!!!✨✨

Thank you for your amazing advice, letting us smell all the different perfumed teas, sending us down the road to your other store to actually TRY the teas, showing us your AMAZING house that leads to the castle walls 🏰♥️

THIS IS THE BEST SERVICE I have EVER received, it is so incredibly rare to see such high standards and smiley faces nowadays, you made a shopping experience BEYOND enjoyable. I will be ordering in the future online to experience your amazing products all the way from Watford!! I HIGHLY recommend the Earl Grey tea, Dark Honey and the Apple Hazelnut teas, absolutely outstanding ♥️

My boyfriend from Wisconsin will also be ordering online the tea is just that good

We went to this lovely tea shop with my sister a few months ago while we were in Arundel….What a wonderful shop and the service was fantastic… Eric and his lovely assistant went through a lot of the teas with us and we left with loads of fresh tea, I bought some Earl grey in a paper bag and a glass bottle…. My sister bought green tea Earl grey and short bread which was delicious…we also bought a glass tea pot with a strainer inside a few single strainers ….. will definitely be ordering more when we’ve run out. You can just taste the difference….cannot recommend this...

Love this tiny little tea store came across it while visiting from Portsmouth. As an avid tea drinker was excited to come across this place they have a great selection of teas, it was like being a girl in a candy store for me! Melissa was so helpful and friendly, loved the service. Will visit this store again to stock up on the teas! Bought the rose tea (a fav since childhood) Blue lady, roasted apple and hazelnut, lemongrass and ginger, and the Chinese green tea blossom. Looking forward to trying more varieties! Oh and they have a lovely selection of...
