Ashford Pizza & Kebab House — Restaurant in Ashford

Ordered from here on Saturday night.. Albeit there were some issues with the order. When I contacted them for help the man who answered was extremely rude, dismissive and argumentative. The missing items that were promised to be delivered that were missing never turned up. No apology. No items turning up and a good 5mins of arguing on the phone. He did say he'd send the missing items(begrudgingly and with serious attitude(but never did.) also, we ordered an extra tub of sauce and instead got a 10pence pathetic little dip. Fair enough if this is a misunderstanding but the way it was dealt with was appalling(how am I supposedly to psychically know the place is going to send a 10p plastic dip size of my thumb instead of a proper tub of dip, i was enough to cover one slice of cucumber in sauce, not pour on my kebab). You'd think in this climate, take aways would be happy to deal with problems they have created in exchange for £35 for 3 kebabs. Obviously not. Perhaps they are complacent and used to giving poor service. Shockingly bad and rude service and for that reason I don't feel comfortable giving my money to this establishment ever again....

This was the first time I have ordered from them and am disappointed with the service I received. I ordered four different meals. One being the meal deal one. Which is a quarterpounder and cheese, chips and a drink. The burger came with donner meat on it. I understand mistakes happen, so we phoned the kebab house and explained the mistake. I was then told that they couldn't send a new one out as they was to busy. I was then told I would receive a refund. Which would mean I wouldn't get my refund on the night so I wouldn't be able to get food. My partner then phone and was told he would make a new burger now. The burger then turned up and the delivery man asked for us to return the old burger. Which I do understand they wanted to make sure we weren't just trying to get a free burger. However it was there mistake and they should correct it and the old burger was binned. I never expected they would ask for the burger back. I personally will not be ordering from there again. They treat there customers...

DO NOT ORDER IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES!! If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I order from Just Eat a lot and we have always called the restaurant to explain my allergies never had an issue with this before and it’s advised to do so on Just Eat. When doing so minutes after ordering we were confronted with an argumentative and aggressive employee who told me that the pizzas were already made. Having worked for Pizza Hut previously I know that It takes longer than a couple of minutes to make a full pizza let alone two. He refused to correct the pizzas even though he knew that I couldn’t eat it allergies are nothing to be so flippant about! I am shocked and upset with how we have been treated his rude, argumentative nature is absolutely appalling. Now they are trying to keep our money ! Absolutely livid, avoid...
