Biter's Peri Peri — Restaurant in Ashford

The customer service is absolutely shocking! I placed an order which was delivered late and the order was incorrect, I rang to advise them the order was wrong and the attitude I received was disgraceful. I was told I would need to wait an hour for the correct item to be delivered. There was no apology for the inconvenience or order to replace the sides free of charge. I would not recommend them and I certainly will not order from them again. Since this I have heard of others who also experienced this awful...

Stopped off at travel lodge in the centre of Ashford and walked up the road opposite and found this take away on the left by the bus stop. What a surprise!!! We had 10 wings, medium, that was nice and hot...and he gave us 12. Peri peri chips, a pita bread and a lovely scrumy salad. All for £12.80. A definate for next time we go to France. Nice man behind the counter, freshly cooked food and a lovely tasty salad with a balsamic type...

Look no mater how good the food is in what ever restaurant. When i part with my hard earn money i expect to be spoken to with manners and a smile. Not when you get my order wrong and you talk down to me on phone and expect me to wait for 45min to replace part of my order. And not even an apology. You have lost a good and loyal customer and any body who i know i would not give you a good review. Always remember word of mouth is...
