Sometimes this place is excellent with excellent friendly service. Other times are like today. I got to the Chill Time place at about 10.30am this morning and saw the assistant was sitting behind the till. I stood and waited for him. And waited. And waited. Eventually I tired of his pretending not to see me and I loudly asked if they were open. Just visited County Square shopping centre and had a super tasty Lotus Biscoff Milkshake. I also tried the Oreo milkshake and Fererro Roche milkshake. All of which tasted amazing! Great quality! And extremely wonderful staff. Super friendly and happy to serve. The other reviews leave me a little confused. We definitely weren’t served by the same people. But the staff today were great!...

Riding my bike from miles away end up in a ashford county square very thirsty and found a place called Chilltime.
