Pizza Hut Ashford North — Restaurant in Ashford

Avoid if you will be ordering late.

Used to go here semi regular, maybe once a month or so as work late in the area sometimes, for a Pizza Hut it used to be quite good, a few rare duff ones but could sort it out in branch or on next order.

Rang up 10.50pm on Friday night for myself and some night crew working near by, no answer for 5 mins, eventually get through, told they are shut, staff agreed it was 10.55pm but we're shutting 5 minutes early despite me ringing and them not being busy taking orders even. Could argue I left a bit late but opening hours are opening hours and it's a Friday night, guess people wanted an early one, unprofessional and disappointing, will never use this branch again.

I used to work in a pizza shop when younger, you took orders until closing time and then wrap up over the next hour cleaning and counting up, hand out any made pizzas for collection or deliveries, it's part of the score that you take orders till closing time. Standards are not what they once were...

Ashford north takeaway shop , Collection order chicken sizzler 🙄 Not even half the slices had chicken on them the cheese was almost invisible, in was so thin and sloppy, couldn’t even pick a slice up as it wasn’t even cut through so I had to try and cut the sloppy thin mess into slices this was when I thought this is just not acceptable!! So thought I must leave a truthful review to help others … It’s Not brain surgery is it ? making a pizza 🙄but they still managed to make a utter mess if it , don’t deserve one star ⭐ Utter waste of money and time...

Lack of staff interactions, had to get own plates and cutlery. Then had to ask to have areas topped up like salad and ice cream machine. Then we had to ask for the ice cream toppings. I would have thought if they topping ice cream up they would look and do toppings. We like the pizza but the nice experience at pizza hut had has gone. Its like a self service restaurant at price of a high end restaurant. Even had to clear our own table on to another, so we had room for dessert. And what we moved to the other table was still sitting there nearly...
