What a fast fall from grace! I initially gave the place a 5 star review, unfortunately that far from the case now. Prices have increased but I'm ok with that as long as the service remains.. unfortunately it doesn't. I visited on 15/03/2025 around 1-3pm. Initially I had no issues and the man that served me was polite and welcoming. Unfortunately, my next encounter was with a young female with long dark hair and glasses. No please, no thank you, no small talk.., nothing! Has to be the rudest person I've had the displeasure of being served by. I did notice later on she was on a break by the window... Vaping... Inside. I'm sure this shouldn't be allowed. If the looks from her wasn't enough to kill you then the pool tables trailing cable was going to have a damn good go. Fancy popping in the beer garden? You'll be delighted to know, from the state of the ash tray, it appears they are trying to grow tobacco plants. How can a place go downhill so quickly. Massively disappointed with my visit to the point, I'm not sure I'll bother...

Have been coming in here for several years and unfortunately the quality has gone downhill.

We would have an annual date night of the 'bucket' of wings (used to be a massive bowl!), some beer, whilst watching the Six Nations. They now serve 10 wings for around £7.50, which we got 10 each of the Korean BBQ, but all the sauce was on the plate rather than the wings. The wing quality also has gone downhill with much smaller wings. Because of the lack of wings now, we opted for a burger each too, which was fine but nothing really to write home about. Got a cheesecake to finish which was at least very nice so ended on a positive note!

Cannot fault the service - the staff are very friendly and attentive. I had originally requested the table to be wiped down from previous use, wanting this particular one as it had a good view of the screen. I think the cleaner they use isn't particularly good as the table was still quite sticky.

Overall, good service but food...

First time here since the change over . Not impressed with the service I booked a group table four weeks ago and when we arrived we were seated else where . Another party was in the area i had booked . I was told "it's not on your deposit" I said I specifically asked for the window area and even requested 6 chairs for my older quests . Food came out chips very stewed, steaks not as requested 2 meals sent back . I ordered first and got my meal when everyone else had finished . We even had to clear our own table , 13 of us so a lot to clear as we stayed for desert which we thought they may redeem themselves with but it took at least 15 minutes to come out then one of those was wrong .
