Very disappointing. McDonalds should be the same taste and quality every time. That's how franchise businesses are trained to operate.

The fries were cold. I went back to the counter and asked politely for hot fries. The young lady on the counter smiled, took the cold fries, and one minute later brought my replacement fries to my table.

I walked halfway back to the counter before thinking better of it. I disconsolately munched a few, cold fries with my quarter pounder before leaving, sad and forlorn, dreaming of what should have been.

Hot, crispy McDonalds fries are perfect. They are a thing of beauty, and one of my favorite things. Cold fries, by contrast, are an abomination.

As I looked up from my tray, I saw a KFC, a Taco Bell, and several other new shiny fast food outlets through the window. Each of them chided me gently for my poor choice of meal. "Too late", they tutted. "You paid your money and made your choice". It was worth heavy footsteps that I left the store, placing the half finished meal in the waste on my way...

Honestly my mate used to manage a McDonald's so I know what to expect and this one isn't all that, they parck you in the grill bays way to often and then take longer then they should to serve you plus they never bring you napkins out with your order which leads me to believe they aren't as clean as you'd expect people who work with food to be

Just so you know everything on the menu should be made and delivered to you within 5 minutes because that's the company standard of "fast food" I go on my breaks at work and often have to wait around twice that long so I've chosen to go to the super market behind them as I can get a freshly made and cooked pizza for around £4 in 10 minutes

Plus the staff in this branch are exceptionally bad at there job and spend most of the time chatting to each other or just stand with there backs towards you then when you expect them to do there job and give you sauce or napkins they just look at you like you're scum which I find more the ironic as they don't seem to care that you're more bothered about your own hygiene then...
