Boxing Hare Artisan Pizza — Restaurant in Belfast

The Boxing Hare at The Sunflower Bar opened up for us for an Early Sunday brunch, when @GroundworkNI were taking a group of young lads from Lurgan round the street art and political murals in Belfast, as part of their young leadership programme. The pizzas were brilliant and the lads loved them, even if they weren't used to authentic Italian style pies, they scooped them up! Matt and the staff were super friendly and joined in the banter. The Rustico pizza flavour was very good, but the dough felt a little too thin and crispy in the centre, almost like a cracker in the middle.
