Chickn Lickn Falls Road — Restaurant in Belfast

Can comfortably say that this was the worst service I've ever experienced when ordering out. We provided our full address and also phoned the shop to give extra info just in case they had trouble finding us. The order turned up 2 hours late the delivery guy was so cheeky and rude saying it was my fault he was late. I then contacted the shop to let them know the food arrived 2 hours late and it was cold, again the shop was extremely rude and unhelpful again saying it wasn't the shops fault it was mine for ordering to my work then they hung up the call. If you like being treated like dirt then this is the place for you but if your like me and want nice food with nice friendly service then STAY CLEAR horrible...

Food was cold when it arrived, chicken was okay but very peppery. Gravy was nice, also peppery. Delivery man was awful, called far too early and didn't make any sense on the phone.
