Thank God for this place. Honestly. It has helped me stay on track with healthier choices and made me actually look forward to breakfast. One of my favourite things here is the health shots, especially the beetroot apple ginger and lemon one. They have not listed the price anywhere, but I will tell you — it is three pounds fifty and absolutely worth every penny. Now the main reason I come here is for the Dubai chocolate yogurt bowl. It should be a ten out of ten. I order the same thing every time, I pay the same price, but I never get the same experience. And that is the most disappointing part. The magic is in how it is put together. One time, the jar had the sauce perfectly on top (see pic), fresh kiwi slices, everything stacked so beautifully it actually made me pause and smile before eating. That one bowl literally made my whole day. Then another time it was just sad. The ingredients were all over the place, and there was this white stuff sprinkled on top (see pic). The taste was not even close. I felt like I paid the same but got a totally different product. And it really affected my experience. I understand different staff members have different ways of doing things. That is fair. But I really think there should be a standard way of making it so it is consistent no matter who is preparing it. The version I loved was made by a guy who was super kind and friendly, I really hope he is the one making it next time. Fingers crossed. Also, one small request to management. Please please think about starting a loyalty card or an app. It would motivate people like me to come back even more. A lot of less healthy places offer rewards, and I would love to support this place regularly if there was something like that. This spot has so much potential. Just a little more care and consistency could take it from great to amazing.

I was disappointed that only one of the 6 aƧai bowls was or indeed could be vegan. The staff didn’t seem very knowledgable about ingredients, but were very friendly and checked for me. The aƧai bowl I had was very nice, but I would have loved another flavour and it’s not hard to add almond butter, pistachio butter, or a chocolate vegan spread to create more choice for everyone. The energy ball I had was delicious too so it’s clear they can make nice vegan food, it’d just be great to see that range expanded.

Service at counter was ok.. we were the only customers in the place and the staff opted to shout my name three times to collect and order instead of just walking over to table… Place looked tired, worn and not inviting.. stains on chairs, chipped paint on walls and marks on tables. Could do with a great clean. Ordered overnight oats.. could have been better, drowned in honey and whenever you tried to take a spoonful it was clagy and overly sweet, oats didn’t seemed to have set right.. disappointing

The sandwiches are exquisite. I order the chicken melt (smashed avocado, pesto, chicken, salt and pepper and chopped tomato). One day my sandwich was left in the toaster over time and instead of throwing away they gave it to me and said I can keep it if I wanted, but they were going to make a new one for me. I said it was alright but they said they making another one anyway. So I could smell the yummyness as soon as they handed it to me, all the way home and was happy to have it for my sister there. It was just a little bit over done, but my sister loved it and thinks it's the best sandwich she has ever had in her life. (I was offered a free protein ball for the wait, though I refused) So yeah, it's yummy, healthy food served here (along with lovely hospitality always...
