What a pathetic service I received from this Starbucks today , the employees doesn’t know the meaning for the word customer service , this team is being led by Barbara ‘ who is very rude and not courteous at all .These employees will definitely not add any value to the big brand Starbucks , we have been the regular customer of Starbucks for almost 10 year and visited various stores in different parts of the world.we love coming back again but definitely not to this store.

My husband was about to order the coffee and snacks , we asked the employee for using the bathroom as my child was in a hurry to use the toilet , that employee of Starbucks said she can give the access code to use the toilet only after we pay and she exactly did the same.

I asked them to heat the burrito which I bought the same morning from the nearby street Starbucks , she asked me to show the receipt which I did , then she told me she cannot heat it as we bought it from other Starbucks , should you expect me to go to the next street Starbucks to heat the one burrito? Are you not chain stores ? Manager Barbara is telling this is the health and safety policy that their food will get spoiled soon after we take it from the 5 degrees which doesn’t make any sense as it didn’t say on the food product they sell, all I was asking was to heat the unopened pack of burrito which I bought from the next street Starbucks just 2 hrs before , I felt so embarrassed because of what they did today . I have reported this to main starbucks office customer service and soon they will take some necessary actions as I don’t want the brand name to get affected because of the people who are less worried about the brand name and the customer service.

This bitter experience doesn’t stop me from visiting Starbucks, I know people who works in Starbucks for many years and are very kind and courteous. Because of some ruthless people in some store, the Starbucks customer experience shouldn’t be affected. I’m not the first one to report, this store gained many unsatisfied customers. The top management should...

Was here a few times recently, bright and minimalist, roomy and clean. Good location with lots to gaze out at in the city centre. But let’s talk about Andrew.

His vacant face greets you as you arrive with a cheery ignore he greedily hogs all the disdain in the building. A man trapped by circumstance when, had things been ‘fair’ he would be building an anti-gravity car in his garage, well, his dads garage. He has, after all, a degree in IT, which is pretty much future engineering. Why should he be here? Not fair, that’s what it is!

Anyway, back to business. “Yep?” ...and the eyebrow raise, bit slow this lad. “Erm, oh, me? Erm, I’ll have a Grande Latte please.” Says the bit slow one. Andrew walks away to make it, throwing a quip to the other one, the little sidekick with the owl face. Always grinning, that one just need the drool to complete the look really.

I move to the “reception end” of the bar and await my drink. Andrew has abandoned it and Owl-boy is making it now. Andrew is staring vacantly into space while a customer stands looking at him, awaiting andrews beverage summons. But Andrew is thinking about the Lizardmen. When will they strike? Will his Hovercar “Death-from-across” be ready? Will the government take him seriously in time. Who knows, perhaps he will fill the wait with a coffee, not he himself, such things are beneath him. But he will serve others this tasty brew......

There's nothing amazing about this place - a Starbucks is a Starbucks - but there's nothinf truly terrible either.

My only gripe for this particular location is, no matter what I order, they always manage to get something wrong.

I don't have a crazy order or even make any crazy additionals / removals from menu items. I order the item as is most of the time, sometimes I'll ask for no whipped cream or an extra pump of flavour, but they always get something wrong.

Still, the store is gorgeous, clean and staff are friendly. The location is also very handy for meeting up with friends before going into the...
