Starbucks — Restaurant in Belfast

I was here a while back and ordered a ham and cheese croissant and a caramel frappe.

The male server had no personality and little customer service. He had a shaved head with receding hair. He seemed like he didn't like his job.

The ham and cheese croissant upon opening it looked like it had been over cooked. The croissant was like a brick at the ends and fell apart when touching it. The cheese was like rubber.

Thankfully I hadn't left as I did ask for takeaway and it was replaced hence the 2 stars for food. I couldn't rate the service I received any higher based on my experience with this particular employee.

The shop just didn't feel like a good vibe and a totally different experience from the Starbucks at...

First time here , coffees are fine , place is full of empty cluttered dirty tables, staff standing about chatting . On phones, when we went to see if any nice chilled food two staff standing chatting to each other offered us no advice when we mentioned about no gluten free options other than a single egg sandwich, my heavily pregnant daughter went to use toilet facilities which were overflown in one and toilet seat had urine all over it , all in all barely a two star experience very disappointing considering 5 staff on duty and only 10 people including us in the shop , no attempts being made to clean , I had to clear my own table and watch another lady...

Ordered food from here today through Deliveroo was absolutely disgusting. Was suppose to be Mediterranean Focaccia it was not, didn’t even look like Focaccia they have in Starbucks.. Had pizza style sauce on it instead of pesto. One blob of cheese, two small spinach leaves and for some unknown reason an egg in it as well. Like really who would put an egg in focaccia, awful experience .This focaccia was not fit to eat and one bite made me feel sick. I had to dump the whole thing. Over six pounds for this. I will never order from here again was just...
