Subway — Restaurant in Belfast

Typical Subway. Decent sandwiches, ridiculously high prices. 40p more for extra cheese that is just a single cheese slice cut into 4 triangles. They charge this even when you don't take any salad or sauce. You should be able to take that one single extra slice of cheese instead of salad and sauce. I don't see them lowering the price when you don't take salad and sauce!

This particular Subway is very hit and miss depending on who serves you. Some put hardly any filling in your sub and what little they do falls out when you try to lift it and there is one guy who can't seem to figure out the toaster as your sub is still freezing when he takes it out.

My cousin and I always visit this subway every week and the staff are usually really friendly and kind. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the manager Becky. Not only did she make me feel embarrassed, she was making snide comments right in front of me to another staff member and tried not to laugh as i misinterpreted something that was said. Futhermore, she over charged us for a meal that is usually £18 as we get it weekly. This time, it was much more and didn't seem to register my subway points correctly. Food as usual was always good and other staff were helpful. Really disappointed this...

Staff poorly trained, person who was making my sandwich was eating in front of me, but the worst was that i paid for my sandwich and he never took his gloves off after or before taking money of me, and he put all my salads with the same gloves on. Never happend to me before in any other place...
