This coffee shop desperately needs a make over, as the seats are showing their age and need replacing. I sat on a sofa with my friend and the stuffing was falling out of it. Not a good look for a major chain. Price's are compatible with other places, but the portions for a slice of cake are child size. I think £3.95 is a rip off, for a tiny slice. The staff seem friendly enough, but tend to chat amongst themselves, rather than focusing on the customer.

The coffees are great, of course. But tried the Ruby Hot Chocolate, which was a total disappointment. It tasted like a strawberry protein juice. Weird. The sandwiches are comparatively pricey for the quantity. I'm sure the desserts and cakes are better. Overall, it's just okay.

I’d say it’s suitable for families it has parking as well as high chair for toddlers…Everything seems fine except their internet is not the best🌚btw they have second floor so yeah it’s a big Costa branch

Service was woeful, went in 2 people were in front of me they ordered their goods, I was next in my hand i had a toastie a pack of mini muffins I stood waiting for 5 mins before I was served, seems the girl doing the till had had enough orders for the day while the girl behind her was standing doing FA, one guy was emptying a box and 2 other fellas in checked shirts seemed to be having a catch up on their sat night antics. One was serving the other was filling the whole shop in on his social life language was vile too. Finally till girl took my toastie mini muffins and my coffee order, she threw my toastie on the work top cos she asked the fella unpacking boxes to do it and he said no all while checked shirt guy was giving it all about his sat night, while customer in front of me is still waiting on his order. The staff are shocking they couldn't run a popcorn bay shop was filthy needs a good deep clean and staff re trained to provide some level of customer care. I won't be back to this...

Where do I start? I walked in, unsure of which side the queue started. I stood behind 3 people. After about 5 mins, I asked the bloke in front of me if he had been served. He said that he worked there and wasn't in the queue. The two in front of me were served. I then looked up for someone to take my order. There were two young girls who were busy preparing food and someone who i assume was the manager, busying herself emptying the contents of a cardboard box, completely avoiding eye contact with myself. She did this for about 5 mins. I was completely ignored by her, and eventually left the shop in disgust. I've never experienced service like that before and will never be back. Pathetic customer service. This was approx 6 weeks ago and I'm sure it's still on cctv. It was a Saturday. Rating? Definately...

I have to come to this part of Belfast once every two months around 6pm. I choose Costa because I like the products and it is conveniently located. However this Costa is always filthy, tables left ages to be cleaned. Toilets aren't even worth checking out, best not to go at all. Even worse is the music, blaring out, awful teenage angst/punk rock or just pure depressing. Whatever the genre, it is too loud! Finally, upstairs is always closed. Is there even a functional upstairs? I've never seen it open. Staff seem friendly...
