Subway — Restaurant in Belfast

I was there about 20mins ago, I walked in and the guy was brushing the floor first thing he said to me was you have to wait until I’m finished, he said it in a unfriendly way and I said thought maybe they are closing so I said are you closing and he said no, and said the card machine does not work, so I went out to get cash from the ATM, went back in and said could you serve me now he said I’m doing the floor and a I could not be bothered attitude, I said I’m in a hurry and he was not to happy attitude so he severed me and I told him his attitudes thinks was no reaction from him, not good customer skills, not good service at all. Would have to think twice...

I dont know how long they've been working there but whoever served me today was shocking. I was in there for just under 10 minutes despite only 1 person being before me and their order was half complete. I was told (with a tone like i was a bother to them) "cash only no card" no polite apology no customer respect. when it did come to my order and sauce was requested i said a little sauce, told them when to stop and i was ignored and they continued.

It's a cramped little spot with minimal seating, most of it right next to the long line of customers. There's barely any peace or quiet. The saddest part is there's only one staff member working, which is really frustrating during lunch time. You have to wait half an hour in this tiny, noisy place just to place an order. It's really disappointing.
